It's too expensive & I'm an Amazon Driver and we had a Post Mail driver come thru too and we both thru up badly I don't know what yall putting in your food but we are good will be spreading this around so nobody else get sick..$8 for a dam burger not a meal is rediculous
I ordered for pickup and got there a few minutes before the scheduled time. I saw the two concretes in my order get put up on the counter and not in the freezer, where they say for 10 minutes. I didn't know they were mine. Then I saw the rest of my order brought over from the kitchen, which sat for another 5 minutes while the single front counter employee helped walk-in customers. I finally bagged the food myself and left. This was on a Saturday night and the place wasn't really busy, and this isn't the first time this has happened.They need to train their employees to make the shakes AFTER the food comes out, or at least put them in the freezer as soon as they're made.
This location is absolutely terrible and keeps getting worse! Food is cold every time, I tried to go there last night an hour before they closed at 11pm and they told me they were already closed!! Not the first time that has happened to me. Tonight I got a large key lime pie concrete, which the girl working had told me I already had two slices of pie in it. I get my custard, and for what is in it it would have to be almost 100% pie for that to be true. It looks like a medium concrete in a large cup!! A comp would be nice!
This place is so awesome dolores was the one who took my order and she was so nice and kind. The food was hot and super delicious
Ordered a hot fudge sundae and got a scoop with hot fudge no whipped cream or cherry (the part that makes it a sundae). The manager was at the front when I picked it up. I asked ally it not hashing that and she said it costs extra for the whipped cream and cherry for sundaes. However my daughter got a single scoop which was $2.99 and I got the sundae which was $4.59. You can’t tell me that price difference was for just the hot fudge. Sundaes have the topping even if it’s just whipped cream.
Was hoping for more than 4.5 onion rings for the price. They are delicious, perfectly cut & cooked, but I just need a few more for the price. They disappear fast!
Their all beef hot dogs and fresh toasted bun is actually the best hot dog I've had in a really long time!!! Also had a small Sunday which was the perfect size and tasted amazing!! Highly recommend stopping for a hot dog and a little ice cream. Definitely will go back before I leave the Denver area. Customer service at the drive through was also very sweet and polite.
The quality and flavor is consistent, which keeps me coming back. But I have on occasion received someone else's meal at the drive through. Also one time I received an excessive amount of mustard on my burger. Not worth a complaint to me, just sharing my honest experience. Thanks to the staff for your friendly service.
This place is the best. I’m so impressed with their quickness and friendliness. Emily, Kenzie, Natatlie, and Noah killed it. We brought a group of 20 people in and they had our food in seconds. Keep killing it Freddy’s!!!
Good food but disappointed that COVID is over but the dining room is closed at peak lunch time. Saw 3 people turned away from dining in just a couple minutes. Not sure what's going on there. I rode my bike so I couldn't do the drive thru and it's too cold to eat outside.
