I like going to First watch because it is good food, generally. This time my visit started with a great looking meal, and I was excited to eat it, I actually started eating and it tasted fairly similar but the surprise came when I tried to take a taste of the bread and it was moldy. I wonder how in Dry colorado one piece of bread gets moldy, how long was that piece of bread sitting in their pantry? Also, how could they put butter and toast a piece of bread that has an obvious moldy spot. The only reason why I am giving two stars is because as soon as I said something they were attentive and tried to fix their issue. But I decided to write a review just to make other people aware that it could happen to them as well. I had to spend some time in the bathroom because of this instance and I was not happy about it. Not even having it out of my check was worth the experience. Please have more awareness on your food control. This must have happened because food is kept longer than expiration date or because it was not kept under the recommended environment conditions. You guys can do better!
Crab Cake benedict is delicious
This place is amazing! The service, the food! Our experience was top notch and we will be back!The Florentine eggs Benedict was amazing! The hint of lemon was different and I loved it!The homemade biscuits that my boyfriend had were amazing too!The juice was good!And don’t even get me started on the seasoned potatoes!
Sooo good! Plus, Snooze had a 45 minute wait and we walked in and got a table at First Watch. Their food is amazing and offer more variety than Snooze!
Update in 2021: This restaurant is still one of my go-to brunch places. The kale tonic and BLT Benedict are my favorites. The server was a little bit inattentive this time but they were busy on a Monday at lunch!Original post from 2019: First Watch is one of my favorite places to take the girls I nanny. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The food takes a while to arrive, but we have plenty of fun drawing on kids menus and people watching out the large windows. The menu is extensive and the food is delicious!
First visit to First Watch and didn't know what to expect but was still surprised. What a great concept, perfectly executed. Welcoming, delicious, unique, yet still familiar. Can't wait to go back!
If you love a good breakfast place, this is it. I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes and they have both traditional and some eclectic dishes, which I love. I’m also a fan of fresh juice and they have several healthy juice items! Love it!
Fresh! Delicious! Delicate! Every plate is made with nutritious and fresh ingredients. The flavors of each plate are very well thought out and executed with consistency and pride. You can taste the effort and love in every bite. I love this place!

Service was great! Didn't have a long wait time either. Definitely recommend you get a kale tonic was absolutely delicious. Server was also great answered all our questions easy.
