We ordered 2 pizzas. One Gluten Free Crust. I asked for contactless delivery. After a wait an order was delivered. Totally wrong order. Call Domino's and they said there was 2 orders on my street. "Keep the food and we will get your original order out Asap".. ok, no biggie....but then...it took even longer for our actual order (about and hour and a half since originally ordering)....and both pizzas were literally cold when they arrived. I contacted this store via their feedback button and they never responded. 40.96$ down the drain.order #737

1st the delivery guy brought the wrong order. I made him aware of it and he said he delivered my order to someone else. He then calls the person he delivered my food to and says it wasn't touched or eaten or anything. I'm ok with it, mistakes happen. He brings back my correct order only to find out the pizza was WAY underbaked. Every bite of pizza was filled with raw dough making it inedible I had to throw it out. DEFINITELY would not recommend.

we ordered online. they took our money off the card at 11:31 pm. Ethan was starting our order per order tracker. at 12:01 the cancelled our order leaving us tired ans hangery. Worst store ever. wont order from dominos again. Customer lost for ever!

Domino's is middling pizza at best. Ordinary toppings with blandly sweet sauce. But this crew makes it skillfully and briskly. They are cheerful and friendly besides. Toppings are decently portioned and OK quality (except of course, they don't offer anchovies, which loses points). Online ordering is available.

There’s a reason why you have 3 stars after what we dealt with tonight with a late delivery, cold pizza and then the manager, who said his name was Mark, literally told my husband that it wasn’t his problem that the pizza was late, he had lots of deliveries AND that it was dominos corporates problem that they told us our pizza was out for delivery. We watched the driver drive right by our house on the tracker and then turn around and go all the way to county line and then back behind Pindustry and then back to our house which meant our pizza was 40 mins late. How embarrassing to the owner of this location. We asked Mark his last name and the owners name and he wouldn’t tell my husband. It’s easy to figure out, but that guy who he talked to at 10:16 Mark (easy to figure out who was working) should not be a manager let alone a. employee!

Very consistent, pizza always looks nice and fresh when I go and carry out. Thank you team Domino’s

Horrible customer service. Ordered through the app like we always do to be delivered to the address he have had saved in the app for three years. For some reason this time they took our order to the wrong address. Called them to find out why it wasn't delivered and confirmed the correct address with them. That person apologized and said it was their error and they said they would resend. Over an hour later still no pizza. Called back again. After confirming the correct address again they had delivered the second order to the same wrong address. They then blamed us for giving them the wrong address even though we had documentation of the original order AND had confirmed it when we called back. Person on the phone then told us we needed to calm down a deal with the fact that it was our fault. Had to argue with them about getting a refund.

Ordered pizza online because the lobby was closed. It cost $73. Next day I was told had I used the app it would’ve been $28. Closing the lobby is dumb and after I ordered food incorrectly- I couldn’t fix it because it had already taken my payment.I also do not like tipping before hand

Took the driver 36 minutes to get to my house from 0.3 miles away. Food was ice cold. He had a very bad attitude and peeled out all the down the street and half way up the next street. I'll post pictures tomorrow after the sun comes up. Nobody at the store answers the phone. STAY AWAY! You don't want these guys in your neighborhood.

I called for a hour straight, no answer, I ordered online at about 11:40 after trying to call in because I was trying to communicate I wanted sauce on the side and double baked wings and you can't do that online and they cancelled my order. No notification. Terrible experience, highly not recommended. Now I'm hungry, no food and wasted time and energy calling in and being on hold .
