We ordered food at 8:50pm and it was estimated to be delivered in 30 min. At 9:15 the tracker said it was being quality checked. At 9:45 it had still not arrived so I called the store. After sitting in hold waiting to talk to an actual person, they picked up and asked if we had already placed an order. I said “yes..” and stated to explain that it has been an hour now and he cut me off asking if my address was correct. When I said yes, and proceeded to explain it has been over an hour, he cut me off again and said it would be the next one out. I said that we were told it would be 30 min and it has been an hour and he got attitude and said “well that was when had another driver. Now one has been sent home and we are down to two drivers.” I said “I understand but it had been an hour” and he said “yours is next! I am leaving with it now, it will be the first of the FOUR I have to deliver, I hope they is ok with you” I said “well yeah…” and was about to say “I guess it has to be since none of us have eaten yet and everything else is closed” but he just said “ok” and hung up!It is now 10pm and our food still isn’t here.
I ordered online on 5-18-22 at 5:50 pm the app said 35-40 mins. When it got to a hour I called to see what was going on. Some lady answered the phone when I said I did a online order and haven’t got it she started yelling at me then she thought I was someone else who called. I disconnected the call after tell her I was not very happy with the way she talked to me and turned the delivery driver way when he got to my place. I ordered from Pizza Hut instead they had better service and was faster then 1:30 mins
I tried to call to order starting at 11:30, I was on hold/waiting for a person for 25 minutes. I ended up ordering online. The guy finally answered and I asked how long it would take for the delivery, he said an hour....It took an hour and a half for 3 basic pizza's 2.5 miles away! The driver was nice, but I could have picked it up in 15 minutes. Last time I did that, a couple of years ago, I sat in the restaurant for over an hour and 15 minutes. Maybe then need faster ovens.
Placed an online order, and started driving. Got to the store at the time when my order should've been ready... Pulled out my phone when I got there, to see an email that my order was cancelled. Might've been nice to get a call so that I wouldn't drive all the way over here, I don't read emails while I'm driving.Went in to try to figure out what's going on, maybe it was a mistake. Spoke to a kid named Isiah, who was beyond rude to me. Basically said we're canceling a lot of take out orders. No explanation, shrug and a "my bad."Asked for a manager. "Oh like three of us are managers here, can't do do anything for you." I asked for the owner's card. "We don't have any cards." I said okay, well someone owns this franchise, may I please have their contact information? Isiah again "Well that's me, and you already talked to me." Asked for the corporate number. *eye roll and walks away from me*Nice. Just excellent customer service.
I ordered two pizzas for pick up, and the place was clean. Pizzas were hot and ready, the staff was friendly, and my veggie pizza was probably loaded with toppings. Usually, when I order a veggie pizza from other companies, I don't receive much, so this is a significant plus for me.
I ordered a large hand tossed pizza one day last week and the call was placed at 12:25 but I explained that I could not pick up the pizza until 1:00 so to time the cooking accordingly. I arrived at 12:55 (s little early) expecting to watch the pizza come out of the oven. That didn't happen. Apparently my pizza had been cooked right after I ordered. The receipt indicated the pizza was finished/complete at 12:35. The box was barely warm when they handed it to me and I said that was not acceptable and asked for a new pizza and they refused. I had already paid for the pizza and they would not give me a refund. I called my bank and they are giving me a credit for the paid amount. DO NOT PATRONIZED THIS DOMINOES!!! It is not okay for a pizza to sit on a shelf for 20 minutes in a box that didn't close completely. I had some issues with this same location but thought I'd give them one more try but now I'll take my business elsewhere. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.
love this domino's! everyone there is polite professional even the driver's! I never leave out a tip on such wonderful pizza and generous ppl! they deserve it the most because what is it to be kind and sweet and have manners? it's what's missing in a lot of business today! so ty you everyone at this domino's for being so awesome ?
Order sat under warmer for an hour. Person lied and said they just made the order an hour later when the tracker said otherwise. I pointed this out and the person on the phone said fine we will just remake your order.
Felt the need to let people know, our stuff was delivered and great. It’s not all the bad reviews you’ve seen. Sam our driver did a great job too.
Traveler, visiting friends. As a former team member, I’m appalled at the level of “service” experienced at this location. I was not the paying party, just the party consuming the order!Order placed for a single, large, 2 topping, hand tossed pizza right at 7pm. Delivery time quoted at 1-2 hours. Okay, fine, roads are bad, understandable.At 2 hours though, the paying party called the store to ask what happened. They are told the pizza was delivered an hour and a half ago. -What?! Delivered where? Not here! Not only that, but the store then says, we are incorrect and we placed the order at 6pm, not 7pm. Order delivered at 7:30pm. It’s our fault because we waited 3 hours to call! -What?! So not only do they refuse a refund, but we have to wait an additional half an hour for a pizza. The pizza we ordered, now, two and a half hours ago!Look, if you mess up, admit it. People are way less likely to be this upset. This is not in any way corporate policy. In no way, was any of how this was handled, how Dominos encourages it’s locations to conduct business. I don’t know this market, but I’m willing to bet it is not in the top sales. Mind you, this poor delivery driver delivered to a very nice hotel a would have walked away with a very nice tip. However, after 2.5 hours, a snotty manager pointing the finger at the customer… no. I have no way of knowing if they were the driver that screwed up the first attempt. I have to assume yes, because that’s how it goes.
