2022-July. Parking was easy.We came on a Sunday afternoon. Not as busy as we thought.Facility was clean overall. The restroom was one-stall for ladies.The food and service were the same as the Chipotle we have visited.Staff was nice.Bon Appétit!

I wish I could have read the reviews before I came to this location. This is my first time ever writing a review and I’m sad that its a bad one. I don’t even want to put 1 star. I had very bad customer service. The server I had was very rude and disrespectful. I was telling her what I wanted on my order and she put it on a different way. When I told her how I wanted the order she didn’t listen and I politely pointed towards it and she said, “ don’t point at the food” in a disrespectful tone. After I told her that, that was rude to say she waved me off. I’ve never had this happen to me at different locations. My daughter loves chipotle so we go there often. Afterwords when I went to call that location to talk to the manager I waited 10 minutes on the phone but there was no response. That’s why I’m writing this review. I hope they read these reviews and are able to solve everything out.
If there were such thing as 0 stars i would give this chipotle that. I work down the street and have tried coming here 3-4 different times and every time they are rude af. Horrible customer service, rude people, quality of food is horrible. Their steak always looks like beef jerky its so dry and when asking them to correct my burrito and rewrap it because it's falling apart they gave attitude and were very unprofessional. Need new management or something because it's definitely the worst chipotle i have ever visited.
5 employees and only one kid working. The dining room was disgusting and the trash over flowing. One kid standing in the middle of the dining room wearing chipotle gear, possibly an employee or maybe just a big fan of the brand. I couldn’t tell as he was just staring into space.
The guy on second position on the line said "well f&*"#" or something like that with the f word when I told him no corn and he put corn on it. The food is usually excellent but come on. That's terrible customer service.
If you have an online order, make sure and check the shelf AND by the register. Otherwise you may end up standing around for 10 minutes “waiting” for your food while it’s actually ready for you.
DO NOT ORDER PICK UP OR DELVIERY. I have tried several times and it always TERRIBLE. I ordered a salad today, bowl not even half full, hardly any lettuce, I ordered sour cream and it was DRENCHED. They do great in person when you are standing there watching but delivery or pick up orders SUCK.
This is the best chipotle I’ve been to. The food is always ready for online orders and they tend to give out bigger portions than normal
I always want to like Chipotle, but I just don't think it'll ever happen. Quesadilla was very small, minimal meat, dripping with grease; queso was awful & service staff were quite unfriendly.
Ordered from this location on 2/28/22 and became very sick today is 3/3/22 and the issue remain. Sucks.
