I wish I can give them 0 stars. The worst chipotle ever. They need to get their act together or hire all new staff. I have ordered through doordash 3 times and each time its missing several items. Today I ordered a steak bowl with vegetables, salsa guacamole and many other items and I received a scoop of steak and nothing else just unacceptable. Never order at this chipotle through door dash.

Remove this location from your options. I was served sour, brown guacamole and when I asked if they could grab a fresh one, I was given attitude. I don't understand why the teenagers working had such an attitude toward giving out fresh food. Chipotle in general is not fresh anymore and I would say this location is definitely not one you want to visit. Don't bother dealing with rude staff and bad food. Just don't go
I don't recommend this chipotle at all. I've gone here about 5 times and everytime there is something wrong with the rice. Someone please get them a new rice cooker or give them the correct process. The most recent time I went was a few hours ago and the girl attending me had horrible service. Anything i asked for seemed like a drag, she kept huffing and puffing as if I was asking her to walk a mile to scoop each ingredient. Unfortunately, I didn't play close enough attention before I left and I got charged for 2 steak bowls when I had actually ordered 3 chicken bowls and one steak burrito. Will not be returning. I have given them more than a fair chance and they keep disappointing every time. But please, someone fix their rice!
Wow!!! Who hired these kids?!?! I have never been treated so awful.. everything I asked they rolled their eyes like I was bothering them. It is Your job to give the clients what's they ask for. Especially the girl who was doing the salsa/cheese ect... she was terrible... only giving 1 star because the cashier was nice.
I could have sworn I ordered a salad.... There was no lettuce in this at all and the lettuce that was in there was wilted and gross. Probably won't be coming back.
This is consistently the worst Chipotle we eat at. Either the rice is undercooked, they're out of salad dressing, they ran out of a certain protein, don't have any more corn salsa, etc. Usually we are met with attitude and poor customer service as well. We love Chipotle but this location has ruined our experience way too many times...
average quality for a chipotle. the biggest issue is they continue to do online orders on the main line instead of in the back at their actual online spot. most locations are like this. been standing here for 10 mins and the person at the front is still in thr same spot. instead of saying sorry maybe Hire some people to work online orders in the online order area. doing a 15 item order when the line is wrapped around past the door is unacceptable.
About 8 minutes late on scheduled ready time ... but ... a Friday night with a long line waiting to order, so glad I ordered online and an 8 minute wait not intolerable. In fairness the crew was hopping and doing their best and everyone is under staffed. But Chipotle should look at promised time and when it's missed give a bag of chips or guacamole for the inconvenience. Food was very good.
After tonight I will no longer be ordering from this Chipotle again. I ordered online and the order should’ve been ready at 7:30. But I guess my ticket didn’t print out. I had to wait about 10 minutes before an employee asked me for my name in order to find my order. Afterwards I got my order. Came home and they did not put what I ordered. I asked for extra sour cream and asked for the hot sauce and they barely put any of the hot sauce and no extra sour cream. This is by far one of the most disgusting chipotles I’ve had. Do not waste your money or time here.
We've placed orders here before and no issues. But today we all got rotton lettuce in all our orders. Disgusting, really.... lettuce is so cheap so just throw it away. But NOOOOOO, let's paste this rotten lettuce all over people's food. Not going back. Plus the bag and taped receipt had food smeared all over it. Does anyone wash those hands or change gloves? I'm disgusted now. Cesar the manager would have it remade.... not eating after returning bad box. We just won't go back there anymore.
