Management needs to staff more. Avs game and Thursday wings special and only 3 servers for the entire place. Keeping payroll down comes at the price of customers and staff burnout. The good- our server did her darn best. Wing special is a good deal. Good place to watch sports. Bathrooms clean.

We used to love BWW but over the years it’s gone down hill. Service isn’t great food terrible. It’s not juts this one but all of them are poor quality. It’s ashame as again love the atmosphere. I think our wing had feathers.
Definitely not a good place for wings. Service was good but food quality was lacking and inconsistent in execution. Too much salt, spices and rub on wings was like a salt lick. Onion rings came mostly as strips, tasted old and soggy. Chicken sandwich and fries was bland. The decor, lighting ambience was dark. Place needs a good cleaning...
Missing fries and missing sauces is their specialty! When you order to go make sure to double-check its contents. Good luck!
Friendly service. Tasty food. My kids loved the wings and I enjoyed the caesar salad.
Used to be the go to for wings. Last time my family visited we walked out. Service was absolute trash. We ordered our wings and manager brought them out with no sauce! Server never came back to check on us so our wings were sitting there getting cold. 15-20 min passed and still nothing. Manager finally came over and didn’t apologize or offer to fix anything. We got up and walked out. Decided to give BBW another chance and ordered 100 wings sit the super bowl. I get a call two hours before I’m supposed to pick them up saying my wings will not be tossed in the sauces will be on the side. Um really??? I would’ve made my own wings if that was the case. I called to speak to a manager and told them to cancel my order and refund my $120. He said OK your money will be in your account in 2 to 3 days. Here it is Thursday and nothing. I call to speak to a manager and on hold for 30 minutes. Absolute terrible customer service.
I ordered the Buffalo chicken wedge salad. Odd, I know, but I love a good wedge salad and this one had chicken. Notice I said ordered and not ate. It was sent back right away. So, no iceberg wedge to begin, it was a very wilted and sad looking romane lettuce 1/4, but not a healthy or decent size wedge at all. Pretty sure it was sitting underneath the heating lamp for awhile. Our server was great, she was the bartender and server. The dining room was closed, so she had the whole bar which was almost full. Great job April (sorry if that's wrong)! The mgr or hospitality mgr was very nice. She was more than willing to change my order. Chicken club was good. Nothing special. Same w/the fries. It's meh, for me. One of those, "maybe if I am in the area" places. I wouldn't go out of my way.
They are storing cold food with hot food in a hotbox until pick up.Hot Ranch or Bleu Cheese? Hot carrots and celery?That's a health code violation straight up.Any food handler should be taught different.I was told that Corporate management told them this was ok.Service can be slow getting a seat.Always a wait with many tables open then told we have to stand and wait instead of being seated to wait.
Will always be a fan of BBW. Their sauces are amazing and the staff was really nice to us today! Highly recommend when there is no COVID thoLoved the cheese curds!!
Food is always good and that’s about it. Good/drink orders take forever. Impossible to find waitress. This is what our table looks like with 30+ minutes of being done with eating. Our waitress hasn’t even cleared one beer glass/can in the last 2 hours we’ve been here.
