We had ordered online and eventually (about 30 minutes after it should have been delivered) (thanks to door dash) decided to go and get our food ourselves. At that time we were told that our food had been picked up and delivered and left at the front door with no notification that it had been picked up or delivered. Cold, over 1 hour old food. The app was not used to even let us know that our food had been picked up. The manager Sherry Lascala was awesome and helped us out. Gave us a fresh order and had it out quickly. Thanks so much for helping us out. We really appreciate all that you do. You didn't have to do that. You were truly awesome and caring.

We love Bad Daddy’s! I have a zillion allergies and their BYO salad makes it possible for me to eat with my family. We have two who don’t eat meat, and the rest do, along with my issues and not eating meat, you would think a Burger joint would be the last place for us all to order from, but they have so many customizable options and their online ordering is so user friendly. Can’t say a is file complaint. The staff is always friendly. Never had an order wrong or messed up, and their margaritas are to die for! Appreciate this place as an option for us!

We've been going to Bad Daddy's Burgers for a while now. We love their Fried Pickles and their Pineapple Jalapeño Margaritas. We were seated promptly and ordered our drinks and their delicious Fried Pickles. I love how they are lightly breaded and fried to perfection. We ordered our burgers and waited.The kitchen must have been short-staffed because it took around 45 minutes for our food to come out. And whenever it did, my order was fine, but my wife's order was completely wrong. She had ordered buffalo chicken burger and got some other kind of burger. We stated this mistake to the waitress and she quickly resolved the issue.I definitely recommend Bad Daddy's Burgers to anyone who wants a great juicy burger, cooked to perfection. And don't forget to try their fried pickles and pineapple jalapeño margaritas.
Amazing customer service. Our online order was accidentally lost by the 3rd party software. The manager (or at least, who I think was the manager), personally made sure our food was rushed through once she realized the mistake. They made the best of the situation and showed their character. Will be going again.

Set upstairs, the waitress apparently even though Cove it's been around and masks have been around for a while now, couldn't keep her mask covering her nose. Also, with covid-19 we bringing water pictures from table to table? We ordered the parmesan fries, they were lukewarm and tasted like a salt block. The amount you got for $6 was ridiculous. We ordered the onion rings, which I think overall we're okay. They were hot, but grease was pouring out of them because they hadn't drained appropriately. Also, if it cost a dollar an onion ring then we expect nice big onion rings not three medium ones and two teeny tiny center ring pieces. We ordered our burgers medium rare and the color of the meat was a pasty gray. It definitely wasn't medium rare, but then meet quality was not there. We had pulled pork on our Burger, it was also grey and bland. This place will not get another $40 out of us. The bathrooms were so nasty my husband told me not to go in there.
I always have a great time dining here! The staff are always friendly and have great personalities! Thank you always for continuing to make my evenings enjoyable and relaxing!
A lot of fun. They closed down the whole upper room for us for a celebration. Great food, great service.
I had the Philly cheese sandwich and truffle fries are super good if you like truffles and I do, loved it very much. I will be back to sample the Awsome burgers here.
