Stopped at the Tesla supercharger and randomly decided to go in for a bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by how good Asaka sushi is!I am part Japanese and have been someone disappointed by the sushi options in Denver and the metro area. I’m so glad I found Asaka!The restaurant is super clean and has a calm atmosphere. The service was friendly and the food was served promptly. Most people think sushi is all about the fish but the rice is also very important! The rice was pretty good and was seasoned appropriately.The prices were fair and the fish was fresh.For a random strip mall in Centenniel the sushi was very good and I will definitely be coming back!
Can't say enough good things about this place. The sushi is so fresh and the people that work there are delightful. Honestly the best sushi in the entire area. The Sashimi is so on point. They also serve tea in adorable mugs.
Loved the soundtrack and stylish dining area.The bathroom has some construction issues, however.The floor and windows could use a good cleaning.The fish was tender, flavorful and a good healthy size cut, however lunch was pretty tiny.. I have a good appetite as I typically only eat once, sometimes twice a day.I had the sashimi and edamame. They were lightly salted and warm.Miso soup came included with my lunch and it was fabulous with a good portion of tofu and seaweed. I came early and the tofu was a little cold, but I get it!Minus one star for size of "lunch".. See photo!
Great Sushi, Sashimi, Kama / Yellowtail Cheek, Shrimp Tempura, Sushi Hand Rolls,Very clean, nice atmosphere, definitely gets my vote for a great local Sushi Restaurant, Super Friendly Staff and Sushi Chefs ???!!!

Such great sushi! I love the rolls with lemon on top the staff is so polite and always such a great vibe in here. Take out is also an awesome option. 5 stars for sure
Phenomenal new restaurant. Fresh, beautiful and never frozen toro, great miso, real Japanese green tea and phenomenal service. Sit at the sushi bar and watch them work! My husband ordered the terriyaki chicken and it was incredibly tender, scratch made. Just incredible.
Exceptionally good sushi! I couldn’t never find sushi as good as Sushi Den or Matsuhisa anywhere else, especially south Denver, but this one is top notch. They also serve traditional Japanese sushi, which is what I look for and they are amazing. Kind staff and great service, I’m a new fan of this place
This place is fantastic! Best sushi we’ve had in Denver, every time we go back the fish keeps getting better!!
So so good - ordered way more than I should have and it was all insanely delicious. Highly recommend.
