This is a great little space. Amazing outside and bathrooms. They have multiple large rooms.
If you're looking for a non traditional wedding venue this is the perfect place for you. We literally got married there yesterday amd everything went so smooth and easy! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Our guests were raving about the food and how it was set up. Absolutely perfect ❤️
Ordered the chicken bites and sandwich, the meat were extremely dry and rubbery. Hummus and pita was ok but veggies definitely not the freshest. Friendly service though.
Wonderful restaurant and space! You can have a drink from their wide menu, and especially good beer selection with your meal. In Oct 2019 my husband and I had our wedding reception here. Dan was extremely helpful and organized. We had such a great experience and people still almost 3 years later tell us how great our wedding was. Thanks 2 Penguins for being around!
Just had lunch here and had the shredded beef burrito and damn, it was delicious! One of the best non Mexican restaurant burritos I ever had! Not a huge burrito but 100% filling. Will definitely be back!
Easy 5 stars based on food and waiter Sammy.Only negatives were the hostess being off-putting by seeming irritated and we had to wait 20 min I be seated on a busy Friday night with live music.Otherwise amazing.Great beer selection, amazing food (a little too spicy), and excellent service.Sammy was the best waiter I've had in years. No exaggeration.We'll be back!
The beer is good but overpriced. The food isn't great, and the worst is I always get a ton of attitude from the wait staff. I asked for a medium burger, they said they couldn't do it. I asked if they would do it, the waitress said okay. They brought me a very rare burger. I asked why it wasn't medium. She said they didn't do medium. Pretty passive aggressive. Another instance I asked what side they actually cooked. All the sides were frozen except Brussels sprouts. So I asked for those which turned out to be a premium side that you have to pay for. I was annoyed you have to pay a premium to have them prepare food.Finally I asked for a box as I had to run to a meeting. The waitress forgot about me and started cleaning tables.These events occurred on different occasions. I hope people I know stop going there.
This little gem is tucked away in an area of town where you wouldn’t expect a tap house. It’s well worth a visit. Food is really good. Highly recommend the fish and chips. Exciting brews on rotation, specifically in the hazy IPA realm. And the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing in the sun.
It'd be easy for them to mail it in on beer or food, but they do both well. The fact they make the effort to serve a really good, local pilsner in the right glass says a lot.I even got a salad and it was really good. How many places have great beer and food that makes you not have regrets? Prescious few!
Impressive experience! Serious beer selection to please any palette. Food is fantastic. Ordered the (as per our waitress) whole, half fried chicken and was impressed. Our waitress (Hilary) was super engaging with a great personality and wit; the beers never seemed to get empty. Will be in the rotation of spots to visit when in Denver.
