Just went through the drive-through and ordered jalapeños on my asiago chicken club and my bacon Fries. No jalapeños on anything and here’s the big reason I wrote the review the chick filling up my soda with glasses filled it up and then blew all my carbonation bubbles to calm them down so she could finish filling. This is a big abomination no no right now in the food industry I wanted to share with the owner that that is not acceptable whatsoever you’re lucky I don’t call the health department so I would give a nice talking to that girl working on the soda machine

Drive through takes a minimum of 15 minutes, no matter what. Then if you try to park and go inside the lobby is closed 50% of the time.Drive 10 minutes and get food elsewhere, you'll still have saved time.

Food was as good as you'd expect. Service was ok and friendly but they couldn't sub chicken in place of the beef on my wife's sandwich order because the register didn't have a button for it. Other than that, just a typical visit to a fast food joint.

The lady at the counter today(02/26) totally messed up our order after making us wait for an unusual time. Waiting is not an issue, we understand that they might be short staffed but giving us a wrong order after the wait is. Especially because she replaced both our sandwiches with one with a lower value and with an item that we would otherwise never order. Very unpleasant experience right at the morning.

Staff are friendly for the most part but this place is an absolute joke. Lobby is never open, drive thru only can take mobile orders which makes no sense and doesn't even save them time just loses them money. If it were in any other area where there was any other choice it would fail. Can't use the bathroom which is not legal I believe unless you are a food truck per health code. Even at a food truck you can order from a real person and not have to use an app.

We were just there getting food for the whole family and we didn’t get one of our drinks that we paid separately for since we replace the drink for a frosty on one drink and then they refused to look at the receipt we were trying to show them saying we had another soda we were missing and said we were wrong. On the receipt below you can see that there is an extra soda on there that’s separate from the meals.

You guys were on it today , got me in and out of driveway quick with a hot burger and fresh fries. Give this crew a raise so they stick around. Would nice if you could open the lobby again

Food was alright, but the online system let me make an order for carry out despite the doors being locked. I would not have ordered and sat in a 25 minute drive thru if I had known this.

One of the worst Wendy's experiences I've had. Cold food, hard buns, wrong drink with a 35 min drive thru wait.

Normally I never review anything despite if a service bad or not. But when I’m told they are out of an item and I say just the sandwich, I’m expecting to just pay for the sandwich. Didn’t get a receipt, but my account shows I was billed over $10 so I paid for an entire meal but only received one item. It’s not worth the effort to get a 2 dollar refund but please if someone says just a sandwich, sell them just a sandwich at just the sandwich price.(I bought a #1 single and was charged 10.30) they got it out quick though so 1 extra star for that.
