Incorrect items, rude service, staff ignores customers, restaurant is not clean. Only 4 customers in the lobby and empty drive through, staff just seems unconcerned. Not expecting world class service from a Wendy’s, but this was an exceptionally poor experience.
There was a lady there in a blue shirt, no name tag.Her service was absolutely HORRIBLE.I felt like I was being yelled at through the drive through. When I got to the window she was fussed, her clothes were extremely dirty, she didn’t bother to greet with a smile, or have any kind of customer service other than “here’s your food”I politely asked for her name because she was not wearing a name tag.She refused so I have a description that she is blonde and I would assume a manager of some sort.I am a shift leader for my store and I would never EVER treat my customers this way.Don’t go to this Wendy’s. Although the food may be decent. It’s not worth it to come here if I feel yelled at after I leave.If I could I would rate this establishment 0/5.It USED to be a great fast food place and in my 20 years of being in this town and going to that store it’s gone downhill.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Just spent 30 mins in the drive thru for them to tell me it's closed. Went inside for another 20 and left with no food. BK across the street is pretty quick. Heck you could drive to Parker Wendy's and get your food quicker
Very horrible experience! Messed up my order 5 times in a row. Nice people just won't listen. Such a terrible experience but saw a really cute girl though. Floors are sticky like Joe Biden
I swear never going back. I ordered went through drive thru and burger was completely cold/frozen. I asked to a replacement for he shrugged his shoulders and said. I guess I’ll make you a new one. Then guess what! Burger out cold again!!?? Wendy’s get better employees because your loading coding customers.
Employees on 5/4/22 at 5:30 pm were standing around staring aimlessly at the wall and were oblivious to customers being present. My wife and I had to ask if several employees would please wear gloves as we noticed they weren’t wearing gloves as they were preparing other customers food. I’m shocked to be honest, castle rock was once an incredibly nice place to be, fast food or not.
Floors were sticky, out of grilled chicken, Dr. Pepper ketchup and bbq sauce. My son asked for sweet and sour instead of bbq and didn’t receive it. The manager was not friendly, the service was terrible, it was like a circus with how the place was run. Worst part was there was mold on my bun. Wasn’t even worth trying to talk to the manager (who was outside smoking) when we walked out. Will NEVER go there again. Terrible!!
As normal.. clean Friendly fast..food was hot.. fresh.. was to my liking.. I always have a rough time finding parking in fast food places. Due to my tow truck being 32 ft long. Was able to get In and out no problem.. give the a stop.. you won't be sorry..
Place was closed in the middle of the dinner rush. No sign or anything. Sat in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes. Slowly getting closer to the speaker thinking that they were just really slow. Finally get to the speaker to be told that they aren't open for another 30 minutes. If you aren't open during your posted business hours then maybe put a sign up so people know... also can't order door dash because they have such a hard time getting everything into the order. Don't seem to have trouble charging you for everything though. Even when they are open service is super slow compared to other places. Food is good though so there is that.
We waited at the drivethrough window for 5 minutes and nobody answered the telecon. We drove up to the window and saw people standing inside yet nobody answered the through the window. A car behind us was served so we decided to go back through the line, but again nobody answered us at the telecon or the window. It seems like they were just being selective who they served. I don't know. I will be contacting the corporate office. I have never been treated this way by any business before. It was very rude and disrespectful. Please talk with your employees about service. We drove through 1014am on Saturday april 2nd.
