These 3 young ladies were being very very offensive and rude while taking my order and I have found it very hurtful and maybe not be returning, you have lost my loyalty and respect towards this franchise, I think one of the ladies' names was Giana, Brooke, and Jaylene so rude and should be talked to. Treated super unfair and disrespectfully, One of the workers was sitting in the kitchen while I had placed my order and it was packed. Another worker kindly helped me out, I think her name was jamister or something like that she is very kind and very helpful and sweet! #slayyed
Disgusting! This is the sponge they use to clean dishes that are used to make our orders. Looks like mold is growing on the bottom of sponge. For the price they charge for their products, you would think they could afford new sponges.
Vitality is one of the best spots in town! I ordered the vitality açaí bowl and it was amazing. It looked like there was only two workers working the kitchen and taking orders and they got everything out very timely! The environment was great to sit down and eat peacefully. I will definitely be coming back and the customer service from the two girls was amazing!
So delicious and healthy for the wrap. Best wrap in my hole life - chimichurri wrap!!! A lot of fresh vegetables inside.
The customer service was great, the smoothie and smoothie bowls were really yummy.I will have to agree with the other reviews though, the place could've used better cleaning. The tables had dried sticky residue and crumbs everywhere. But the food and service were great
Horrible service. To start, The staff had zero product knowledge. I ordered the Glow bowl. It was way over dressed, literally dripping off the salad. I had two bites, and politely asked to switch to something else. The counter person agreed, but only if I payed full price. Are you kidding me?! I’ve been in the restaurant/service industry my whole life, and never heard of something like that. If the customer doesn’t like what you gave them, and only had a bite or two, you should replace it with something they do like. What happened to customer service? Anyway, I basically payed $18 for a beverage. Never coming back. And I will tell everyone to avoid it.
Great place but needs some improving before it goes downhill. I have been here probably 6 or so times. Every time, we have to get someone's attention from the back to take our order and it always takes a long time to get our order. Definitely not a quick stop. They have a bell on the door for when you walk in but obviously they cannot hear it, I would suggest a bell at the counter if employees are never going to be present up front. The last time I was in prompted me to write this review because there was a guy and a girl in the back and the girl looked at me standing at the cash register 4 times and never helped or said anything to the guy that I needed help. I mentioned it to the guy once he finally came out and he said "oh, we were having a conversation"...A little more training would go a long way.
I just had the best smoothies of my life there. I forget the name of it but it has dates in it. I highly recommend!!
Ordered from Door Dash at 6:39pm. Got a cancellation email at 7:02pm. What a waste of my time! I ordered before you close and you should’ve done the right thing and made the food. The proper thing to do is serve your guests up until closing or turn your Door Dash hours off earlier, if you’re in that much of a rush to close. Glad you’re doing so well; most people are saying restaurants are hurting, buy local, tip well. The marketing emails will make you believe that these people care about their community and want to serve you but it’s obviously not true. I will just go to Nektar from now on, it’s better quality, better tasting and most of all, they care about and serve their guests until closing time.
Food was good but service was horrendous! Cashier literally sat on a stool on the phone while we stood there waiting to order. Good luck trying to get a to go container! Nobody stays up front or can even see you standing there.
