Absolutely fabulous food and service. Even those vinophiles will be happy when the restaurant servers pair a glass to your meal- they always mail it!
My review: Holy biscuits!! The service was impeccable, Zach was such an amazing server and bartender. Drinks and pairing of drinks was perfect. Although my steak was over cooked it was still very juicy, tender and flavorful! I ate as much of it as I could and wow, took the rest home! (They beyond took care of the steak issue even when I asked them not to, they are exceptional with customer service.) We enjoyed the cheese plate appetizer, it was wonderful (brie, bleu cheese and goat cheese with accompaniments.) Also ordered the elk and WOW it exploded with flavor! All entrees paired with cocktails/wine as we requested and they matched so well! We didn't have dessert, but probably should have! Not inexpensive but we'll worth the experience! We will be back with smiles on just waiting to experience more of what this gem has to offer!
I stopped in here on a Tuesday afternoon with a friend and absolutely loved the place. The asthetic was amazing and so were the drinks! We sat at the bar, ordered jalapeño margaritas, and made conversation with the bartender. With lots of trendy places popping up over Colorado the quality can be hit or miss, but this place was spot on. I wish we had time to eat and sample more items on the menu because everything looked so delicious. I will certainly be returning to this little gem.

Great downtown spot! Awesome building and wonderful patio. Quick and friendly service. Lavender lemonade is amazing! I would say the food is okay. 2nd time here for lunch and still feel this way. Not a bad spot but didn't make the highlights. Think this would be a perfect happy hour hangout vs early in the day
I absolutely love this place! The food is always delicious ♡ one of my favorites is the French Toast I think I have gotten it 5 times! It's always more than I need! Another brunch item is the burrito! Very satisfying 😌 the staff is very kind. The ambiance is lovely and the drinks are always great!
Love this place! I'm so impressed by their staff, quality of food, and overall experience. Both dinner and brunch are fantastic - definitely don't skip out on dessert. Very fun vibe and a great place to bring visitors. Castle Rock so desperately needs more places like this. Management is kind and humble. We're so impressed and love being regulars!

Very busy place. There's a five percent "restaurant relief" charge on the bill. Maybe it's time to reconsider the name (Chef's tip maybe more appropriate)? Breakfast donuts are great! Breakfast steak (Ranchers breakfast)....not so much.....Tasting the grill on the meat, no smoke, cut too thin for what it is priced at...Maybe next time I'll avoid this dish. Service hustles. Lots of liveliness to the atmosphere. Suggest food quality in some areas needs to tighten up.
Wow!!! What a tasty Castle Rock gem. Staring with the amazing management and servers to the beautiful cocktails (casa- politician), and the small plates tasted wonderful. Everything was 110%. Thank you!!! My husband and I will definitely be back for dinner.
