This place should just close. Customers must stand and waitWhile online orders are done. The staff apologizes but tells you sorry its going to be 15 or 20 minutes until they take any orders

Well that is the last and first time I ever went to that Subway they served me moldy fresh mozzarella thanks for the disappointment guys

I’ve been to this store in the past and wasn’t impressed but recently management has changed! I was greeted with a smile, waited on quickly and efficiently and left with a great tasting sandwich! And a large bag of delicious popcorn to share with the kids!

They put half the meat and cheese that other subways do for there signature wraps. Pretty sad because I love their wraps usually for the amount of meat that usually comes with.

Came in today 6/10/21 with my kids to get a quick bite after grocery shopping. The lady that “helped us” was very rude. Didn’t greet us, didn’t ask if we wanted our subs toasted. The gal that rang us up, with the blond hair was very polite and pleasant, but the other gal needs to work on her customer service and attitude. Maybe a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt.

Thought I come in after they messed up my last online order. Walked in, employee let out a loud huff and mumbled under her breath. Mind you there only 2 people in line including myself. So I walked out since it was obvious she couldn't be bother. Won't return

Some new guy there today. Jason did a phenomenal job on my lunch. He is a keeper compared to the rest I have delt with at this location.

I work in the area and come in quite frequently looking for a sandwich. Today 3/29/2021, I came in to a line of people waiting for an order to be taken and made. A few folk had been waiting about ten minutes for a staff member to take their order. They all left and I stood there hoping maybe the staff was just on a break and that if I waited she/he would be out in no time. Nobody came to the front after standing there for 20 minutes. I tried shouting to the back, and called the store twice. No employee came out and I wasted my break waiting on them. This is not the first time it’s happened, it’s been an ongoing incident. I will definitely not be going back to this location anymore. I hope you staff properly in the future so somebody else doesn’t have the same experience had.

If I could give them a zero star or negative I would. I am sitting here on my lunch break and they are talking about every customer they have ever been rude to. Trying to compare who has been the rudest, like its some sort of competition. They are cussing super loud with children in their store. As a previous Subway store manager all I can say is this place absolutely disgusts me. You can tell nothing has been cleaned in weeks or even months.
