My toddler knocked over their entire mug display and broke several mugs. I was mortified. They were SO understanding and were amazing about it. They only cared whether he was hurt or not. They then proceeded to offer me free coffee because it was my birthday. Who does that? Only amazing, genuine, kind people. They could have gotten angry, kicked me out. But they chose compassion. Five thousand stars for them.

Friendly staff and only Starbucks that makes my drink correctly

Terrible service

I like their pumpkin spice lattes better than a lot of other locations in castle rock area I have been to.

I have gone here over the past couple years off and on. It used to be fine. Lately, there have been one person working (I know there are worker shortages) however, one time the person working was yelling and venting to a co worker by the sitting area and ignored me so I left. Then today I ordered a drink and it barely had coffee in it just all milk. Needless to say I am not pleased that I spent five dollars on some drink that and did not mean my expectation for me Starbucks typical expectation. I will not ever frequent that Starbucks again.

Linda & Bullet are helpful and friendly!

Loved the dragon fruit coconut milk blended smoothie

Very rude staff... I was a regular customer on my Friday mornings before work, but today I had a lot on my mind and forgot my mask. The cashier rang me up and began to serve my coffee. When I saw her mask I realized I had forgotten mine, and I said, "oh my gosh, I forgot my mask." The cashier then immediately stopped preparing my coffee, berated me, and demanded I go to my car to get a mask...I wish the staff could recognize we are all human, and make mistakes instead of scolding and refusing services. Instead maybe they could offer a mask like many other companies do.

Its a STARBUCKS ?

I looked at several non coffee items... NONE were made in America. Of the 9 items I looked at, 8 were made in China. This is not a sustainable business model for us.
