Huge line in the Drive-Thru so I decided to go in so I could quickly get a blonde roast coffee very simple order when I got there and placed my order I was the only one and they sent my order to the other side of the line so I had to wait for whenever they got to it which defeated the whole reason for going in there but the main reason they're getting one star is because of the way they talk to me when I asked him to get me my coffee they were rude very rude and this is unacceptable and these people should be fired

My day was going horrible but she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my drink and her words and actions just brightened my day! Thank you Laura for being an amazing human? i definitely recommend going to this location!
I love the people that make up this Starbucks. They have played a huge part in getting my daughter to school every morning. I can’t thank them enough for making her breakfast every morning. We started doing this when Kylie was having issues with bullying at school. I couldn’t get her out of the house with out tears. Now every morning we pick up Starbucks. I pre order it, she jumps out of bed and gets ready, we swing in, see some of our favorite people and she eats on the way to school in highlands ranch. Thank you all for the love you put into your work
