It's coffee, that's good. It's Starbucks, that's not. I forgot the burnt flavor they have in their coffee. Not my choice to go there.
We stop here frequently to grab drinks when I have my grand kids. The staff are always pleasant and professional, and our drinks are always spot on. My grand kids "try" different drinks every time so I'm guessing we have tried them all. Lol
I love Starbucks but the employees don't care if they get your order wrong. It doesn't matter how you explain to them, they will not make the effort to get it right.

Slowest service I have ever received for a Starbucks. We waited 30 minutes for our drink. They prioritize the drive thru over customers inside. Also had multiple people standing around talking.
Super busy on Sunday around 10:30. Drive-thru lane was around the building & inside was busy too. But, still got a great Carmel latte!
The staff here was incredibly kind. I could tell there was a rush of customers, and due to both parties wearing a mask and a loud building our drinks were mixed up and not correct. However they were very willing to help us and even gave us a complimentary drink after correcting our drinks. 10/10 staff.

As a person who wears the hijab, my friend and I felt racially discriminated by the employees there when I was handed my drink. It was half empty!!!!! I have tried a lot of Starbucks stores and this by yet is the WORST. Do not recommend to anyone. Reconsidering Starbucks as my #1 coffee shop.
I'm not sure what's going on at all but one location I frequent. My drink I order for the last 5 months has not tasted the same these last few weeks. In addition, it is not being made 'correctly' more times than not at my Castle Rock locations. It is less sweet and the coffee is leaving a bitter and gritty taste this last month or so.My drink uses the blonde espresso and up until recently I never experienced the bitterness or gritty taste.?.?The location that my drink is still consistently the same is in Blackhawk Colorado. When they have any changes in coffee, straws, equipment, etc. They are very upfront and apologetic about such things. They don't make excuses and they do not play the 'blame game.'I truly appreciate that.
