I went I with a large group order and was informed they were close. And very rudely.
This location is closed for a week, according to the note on the door. When they are open, they always stock my to go coffee and are super nice! The staff here is consistently super friendly and kind! Love them-

I would give zero stars if I could these people have charged both me and moms cards for multiple drinks at one time (this has happened a few times now) and when my mom tried to dispute it with the bank they said to go to the store manager directly, so she calls and the lady straight up lies saying only one charge was there. The last time this happened a girl got caught scanning more cards for money so she got fired. I wouldn’t be surprised if the manager is in on it it’s fishy that she wouldn’t even try to look into it and then say if the charge is there Tmmr then she would give her a free drink. My moms a Starbucks regular and knows her order down to the cent and how much she should be getting charged. This is the only location that has done this. The rest of the staff are lovely and make the drinks in a timely fashion. The the triple charge is there tomorrow I will expect 2 free drinks for her. It’s unacceptable this is still being allowed.

Great coffee ( when their open ) their hours are so inconsistent it seems like. Have tried to have company meetings and when we go their closed at noon for the rest of day just weird. Essentially don’t plan on meetings at this location because they might be open but lobby will randomly close.
I bought my usual black iced tea. So glad I paid almost $4 to receive a cup of ice and the little tea it had in it tasted like a sugar cookie iced coffee drink had just been made in the shaker. ??
Such a great experience on a super busy Sat morning- fast service and everyone was so welcoming. Mia was extra great!
