I go to the Starbucks almost daily, get the same thing and today when it was wrong instead of just offering to make me a new drink they made me pay for another six dollar drink. Never again! Really making me pay for a drink you made wrong? Are you freaking kidding me? This is the opposite of what good customer service should be.

My wife likes it so I sometimes get their "coffee". To me it tastes like someone poured water through a bunch of burned logs. With several better places in Castle Rock, I wonder why anyone still goes there. Black Rock and Bricci are a lot better.
