Been waiting for two drinks for 20 mins now ?4.2 stars? More like 1 star for me.
Awful service. Took 25min. to get an iced coffee. Wasn’t even offered a refund or free drink in the future.
Always fast and friendly
The inside is spacious and clean. I usually go into the store to pick up a mobile order. It has always been ready even before the estimated time. The people there are friendly and efficient. The drinks very a little but are usually good. I'd recommend nitro cold brew as it is very refreshing especially during the summer.
Great coffee
The pictures are of the dining area of the KingSoopers, not the actual seating area of the Starbucks located inside. The Starbucks is wonderful, and the staff is great. The Manager, Joey, does a phenomenal job at maintaining his store product availability. They can be extremely understaffed most of the time, but they don't let it phase them, and can give great customer service. The employees are trained by Starbucks, but they are hired by Kingsoopers, just so everyone knows they know how to make an actual drink.

Always love getting Chai Tea after climbing Castle Rock...never a problem and Staff is always friendly.
