Ordered one drink. And got a flat sprite. Was nasty. Was a 15 min wait because they are backed up I guess so I can’t wait for a new drink. When if I ordered first then shouldn’t I be handled first and taken care of first. Thought that’s how it went.

Collin at this location on 07/12/2022 took my order roughly around 9:15. I then sat in the parking lot for 25-35 minutes watching others receive their orders. I alerted staff I had been waiting and they were far from apologetic. They handed me a cold food bag and sent me on my way. after many years going to this location, I dont think I will be revisiting after this experience.

Ordered double bacon burger. Instead got burger (stale and dry), cheese and bun... no bacon, no lettuce, no condiments. Also ordered chicken tenders and they aren't even edible. So overcooked, there was no difference between the texture of the breading and the chicken. Pretty disappointing all around. The French fries were good, so that was a relief, considering I just spent $25 and couldn't eat any of the other items without gagging. It's a shame because I expected this Sonic to be better. I don't recommend going here.

Asked for the honey bbq tossed chicken, got some nugs with a quick squirt of BBQ sauce…

Prepare for a chemically induced sugar headache. No real ingredients. If you're lucky, you'll get what you order. But hey, it's fast food. They make good malts.

If the girl on the speaker is gonna have a problem with folks taking their time she should reconsider her summer job. It’s bad enough it’s drive through only sonic with all these bays just wide open.

Chicken sandwich was about as small as a child's hockey puck from the dollar store. Would NOT recommend the chicken sandwich. Also got a M&M "milkshake" except the M&Ms were not mixed in and they simply placed about 10 on the top of my "milkshake". Also it was not a milkshake but vanilla ice cream. I'm not even joking it tastes EXACTLY like off brand Walmart vanilla ice cream. They literally scooped it out of an ice cream tub and advertised it as a milkshake. It's just the final form of disrespect that they put the M&Ms on TOP of the "milkshake" and only placed about ten.

Busy at lunch time however they do a pretty good job at getting the cars through the drive thru. Fresh food in my experience.

There have been THREE separate occasions where Chris, who I could be wrong but seems to be a manager, was rude with our being provoked. Refuses to greet me, won’t make eye contact or say a word as he hands me the drink, and acts like doing his job is the bane of his existence. If it is, QUIT? I don’t even say anything because I just want to get my food and go, and he certainly doesn’t seem like someone who I would want to talk to about the unpleasant experiences he causes. I ignored it the first time because everyone has bad days but this has been repeated. I’ve never been anything but polite and he is above and beyond rude. Besides this, other employees are running around on their phones and taking almost 10 minutes to get me a singular burger which they somehow got wrong. Sad that I can’t go to sonic because of their unprofessional ian. Its not hard to be polite.

Loved the burgers and shakes. Order was exactly as we asked. But Oooowee! The onion rings are disgusting. They have a sweetened batter. Not salty at all. Not a fan of onion doughnuts. Never will buy onion rings there again.
