The girl working the Smoothie King was incredibly kind! I had come within the hour of closing and she upgraded my order to a large no extra cost. She didn't know it, but that was a rough day, and the extra kindness really made up for it!
absolutely wonderful! avid fan of the workers there, especially the one who looks like wilbur soot, he was very flattering and complimented my outfit! smoothie was wonderful as well, overall a wonderful atmosphere to walk into! highly recommend!
the 2 little boys woking the smoothie king on march 13, 2022 at approximately 6:21 were horrible. the ginger looks like fez from euphoria and the hot one with the chain did not have good customer service. we ordered the same smoothie and they taste completely different. and they didn’t help me when my card declined.
I’ve been going to this Smoothie King almost weekly for over a year and I’m appalled. This place has gone downhill fast. Just tried to go there 2 hours after it was supposed to be open and it was closed. Not enough employees, and the good ones they actually had Carly and Kevin who were always super pleasant and made the best smoothies are no longer there. Those two are the ones who kept that place running even on days and when it was just then and a line out the door. Whoever is in charge of hiring and firing should be fired. They can’t keep enough people around to keep the doors open. And even if they are open no guarantee the smoothie is gonna taste right.
Kylie held it down today. She literally carried your business alone through a busy Saturday lunch rush. As far as I know she was the only one there today, both ringing people up and then making their orders. She greeted everyone that came in and apologized for the wait even though it was in no way her fault.She was kind, efficient and had a great attitude with everyone I saw her interact with. She definitely deserves a raise.
Kev was incredible! As soon as we walked in, he greeted us kindly. Upon noticing it being our first time in, he offered some suggestions of add-ins he enjoys for our smoothies of choice, and we tested them jubilantly. The first sip was a journey for the taste buds, one taken only because of the skillful precision of our mixologist, Kev. He really has it down to an artform! With quick quality service and goodbye's exchanged, we left excitedly to try our smoothies and have returned every day since, being happily greeted by Kevin! He truly is the greatest, and because of his friendly and composed attitude, we will continue to return. Thank you Kev, for the continuous and wonderful experiences!
The guy working was EXTREMELY rude. He didn't say hello, thank you, goodbye....nothing! He seemed to very irritated that we came in. I would recommend the management let him go, as his people skills were non existent. I will not go back due to this. The smoothie was average at best, but I'm sure it was due to poor mixing by the employee.
Fantastic first time customer experience! This place is Awesome! I ordered a Peanut Power Plus Chocolate and it was absolutely Delicious! Friendly and Fast service! Store is clean and welcoming! Totally recommend this location and I will be coming back soon for sure!!
I’ve always loved coming here, and will continue to in the future, but my most recent visit was ver disappointing. We ordered two smoothies totaling $19, and didn’t receive either of the smoothies we ordered. The kids making them were too busy talking about punching each other in the face and needing to use the restroom to make the right smoothie. The line was pretty long so I understand they were probably feeling stressed from that, but when I ordered a $10 smoothie and received who knows what...it’s just frustrating.
For the past two years we've visited this location every week or so, and normally things were great. But the last 3-4 months things have been consistently declining... The wait times have increased tremendously, sometimes the online ordering app is turned off, and even the smoothies themselves have not been good. Today I dropped $19 for two smoothies; one smoothie (Banana Berry Treat) was over-the-top tart with the consistency of concrete, and the other (Coffee High Protein) was basically just an iced milk/coffee. For the time being until they get back on track, I'll hit the grocery store to make my own smoothies at home... Less time, less money, better quality.
