AVOID AT ALL COSTS.By far the worst experience I've ever had. We ordered in person a burger, a crispy chicken sandwich, and a large fry. The cashier could not process a military discount as their manager was inaccessible. After 15 minutes, the burger and fry were put in a bag and near a heating lamp. I asked if it was ready, and they said that they were waiting on the crispy chicken sandwich. Another 15 minutes went by, where we watched 6+ tables be served, including kids meals of chicken tenders. We asked again and were told "crispy chicken takes longer." At that point, we demanded a refund. We never received an apology. They gave us the refund, but kept the tip. We will never eat at Smashburger again.
Absolutely disgusting. Cold, missing half the order. The half we did get missing ingredients. Overcooked meat. Way too expensive for a burger worse than McDonald's dollar menu. Cold, soggy fries, completely melted and flavorless milkshakes. We ordered from their website and it took an hour and half. Called to get the missing items delivered so the whole family could eat and 45 min later, still not delivered. Don't waste your money
There were a total of 3 couples (us included) and that was apparently a lunch rush. We waited 20mins for our order, which gave us time to take in the view of a filthy floor, unwiped tables, and the inch of food particles chillin' in the seat grooves. When our food finally did come, the fries were hard and tepid, and my burger was so small I had a good half inch of bun all around to contend with before I got a taste of beef. Thank goodness we were just passing through, because I'd be ticked if this were my nearest location!
waited for 45 minutes to receive the wrong burger. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order re-made. In their defense they were decently busy and once I got my burger it was good. However, they were not a 45 minute wait busy.
I just waited almost 30 minutes for my order of one single burger and a milkshake. And then they got my order wrong.They completely forgot the shake, the burger was burned and dry, and they didn't put any sauce on it.They had 6 or 7 employees in the small kitchen, so packed they couldn't move freely. So it's not like they were understaffed.Also, none of the employees were wearing masks.
Came in for a quick easy bite to eat. Was told it would be a 25 minute wait. Instead we waited for about an hour!! I’m not sure if there’s a reason for an hour long wait for a fast food restaurant; but that is absolutely unacceptable. If you want your time wasted; come here. But I STRONGLY recommend going to a different location.
Stopped in around 1:00 on a weekday between Xmas and New Years. It wasn’t that busy but the 4 of us waited over 45 mins for a simple order. The fries were already made so those were cold by the time we got the burgers. Place was dirty overall and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. Overrated. Probably won’t return.
Never been to a Smashburger because I live out of state. They were supposed to be something special from what I heard. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait for our food for an unknown reason. We agreed to wait and went to the bathroom in order to wash our hands. You know, Covid thing before we ate. The first bathroom had no water or towels or hand dryer and had used towels all over the floor. The next bathroom had water but no towels or dryer. Napkins from the dining room did the trick. The burger, when it came, tasted good but was not overwhelming good for the hype, and the nearly $4 large Smash fries was small and not worth the price either. In print, the food looks amazing. In reality, no where close and the condition of the store was not clean. We were very disappointed and will not visit a Smashburger again.
NEVER AGAIN. I waited 30 mins for my food. My burger was uncooked and still raw on the inside, we were missing two items and they only gave one chicken strip in the order. The shake was off taste as if the machine has not been cleaned in a while. Over I feel sick from eating it and we are cooking at home. It is a waste of $50
Worst burger and totts! Who pours a whole bag of salt on their burgers and totts? They should rename themselves SaltBurger! Tried 3 different times - never again.
