those guys in the food truck are awesome for they'll have my food ready before I order cause my order is the same (the slim meal)also they know me as a regular costumer so when they they already have it ready for me.
Awesome food and service!! Chicken is super juicy, but crispy on the outside. It reheats wonderfully in my air fryer. Ha ha! I always make sure I have extra for later!! Favorite potato salad ever! And I love the dessert jars. They are adorable.

My wife stopped by the Slim Chickens food truck in Castle Rock because of their Valentines Day special - chicken & heart-shaped waffles. She brought the food home, and everything stayed hot and toasty. The waffles were seriously the top 5 i have ever eaten. A generous serving of light and fluffy butter was served on the side, and was very easily spreadable making it even more delicious.We've always been a fan of their chicken tenders! The Slims Sauce turns the tenders into chicken parm which is making my mouth water just thinking about it.Pro-tip: get the cayenne ranch dipping sauce and mix a little inferno in it. Fantastic on both tenders and fries. Thank me later.
Grabbed some Slim Chickens tonight at 105 West Brewery! Tenders and fries are super good! My kids are obsessed with the other couple chicken places here in Castle Rock but said hands down tonight was better! Service was great! Grab some Slim Chickens next time you’re in the mood for some great food and service!

Slim Chickens came out for my birthday and I was so impressed by them!
I’m not sure what I’m missing. We just went today. Chicken strips were small and it didn’t even look like they were breaded. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and there was no buffalo sauce. The chicken fingers come with Texas Toast and it was just regular toast.
Tenders, Wings, and Fries were all good & tasty; however, we got home and didn't have the right order and had to go back. When we tried to exchange the food we got for the food we ordered one of the guys in the food truck was testy, bordering on belligerent. Good food, service was not good tonight.
