I only delivered a load of pizza there i really have no idea about the food but it was nice to finally deliver to a update building that didnt take forever to find or back into a dock

No one called me back I was trying to get a catalog sent to me oh well

Horrible website and Bait and Switch. Says Free Delivery. I spent over an hour searching for specific foods for a client's wife just getting out of the hospital. When I went to checkout there was a shipping fee of over a third of the food bill. Not only does the ad in the pic say free delivery but so does the "how it works" part of the website. Gift cards to Grubhub dont have delivery fees, better selections and no need to heat up or cook. Its unfortunate but it seems to me gift cards are still the way to go to help others in need. Schwan you defintely lost a big customer on this one.

Don’t get me wrong the food quality they have is amazing and delicious. The service and workers may be something else. I always get the mini beef pot roast, $17 for a pack of 4. Still pretty high priced considering you can get a full pot roast at the store for $13. You’re paying for convience and delivery. Makes sense. However when my food comes packaged like someone crumbled it up during the stages of being slightly unthawed you need to re think your food presentation. If I’m paying extra for convenience then there is no reason why my food shouldn’t look prestenable. On top of that the drivers will randomly just stop coming by, or they’re afraid of a 2 foot (if that) dog! You guys work delivering food to houses, they’re going to have dogs. My dogs are sweet and only interested if you have a dog treat in hand. They know what big trucks mean....TREATS! We’ve told them time after time our bigger dogs will not bite. The little dogs are a different story but I mean come on? A grown man afraid of a wiener dog?? That’s never bitten someone before. Suck it up. Mailmen deal with more dogs. Moral of my paragraph present the food as expensive as it’s priced. And train your people around dogs.
