If you've never tasted green chile in Colorado, they are an essential stop. They have multiple locations all over Denver. Don't bother with the drive thru, it's always busy. Go inside and go early. The half and half green chile fries are a no brainer. The burritos are divine.
This a family favorite for a great smothered burrito. I love getting a double chicken deluxe with hot green chile. Kiddos love a smothered mild beef and bean! Sometimes a crowd, which is expected!
I used to love going to any Santiago‘s. Unfortunately, this location does not top most in Denver. Especially the locations on Hampton Ave and Glendale locations. This location in particular seems to make the breakfast burritos with less chili and are very dry, so I usually need to ask for extra green chili inside every time I order. Which I am charged for. There should be consistency throughout every location. I can definitely say that the staff at this location are great and work very hard!
Worst service ever !I walked in, ordered my food and once I got home I realized something was missing. I went back to the store and they didn't even say anything to me, just handed out the missing item and almost throw it away to me.I've never been so mad to the lack of service I receive in a restaurant than today. Won't go back again. Shameful ..Ps. This is what I received for a burrito bowl ..
Hands down one of the best green chili spots in all of Denver. Always stop here anytime I’m in the area. Have gone here for years. Have never failed on anything we order. Recommend to everyone I know.
Not a bad place at all if you are into Mexican burritos. The customer staff and service was excellent, the food preparation was surprisingly quick, the family was well maintained, and the location was centrally located in Castle Rock. I highly encourage others to come visit.
Santiago's is a decent above average TexMex restaurant. Unless of course your are talking about their hatch chili breakfast burritos. They are likely the best b-fast burritos in America.Absolutely love Santiago's.Always a hit to bring a bag of them into the office.
Honestly have loved Santiago's for a long time. Any food they make is going to be consistent, substance oriented, and so delicious. Today I had a mix up in the drive thru without realizing it and when I called to see what happened the phone was picked up promptly and I was given an explanation as well as the opportunity to either come get my correct order or save it for another day. Awesome, and the people there are calm despite a line going out into the street. Absolutely the tip of the top customer service and food, love you Santi's and staff!

Waited 20 minutes in line just for them to get my order wrong and have the audacity to ask for a tip when going through their drive through. Every single person that works there I talked to (intercom person taking order, person at the window, and person at the register inside when I tried to go in and have my order fixed, which he didn’t I might add) was rudeWill definitely not be trying this place again. The egg cados food truck is close by and has much better service (and food.)
