Excellent customer service, chocolate n ice cream. Always a friendly face behind their products.
Poor service and a caramel apple that was wrapped in plastic. The apple has no caramel on it as it stuck to the plastic they wrapped it in. They do not do this at either of the locations on the Springs.
Terrible quality chocolate for the price prob the worst quality chocolate I have ever eaten. Staff was fantastic but won’t go back. Save yourself the time and most importantly money.
Went on a Saturday and it was busy. Staff was working hard to keep up. The chocolates in the case looked amazing albeit expensive. Ordered a hot chocolate since it was a cold day. Very disappointed in the quality - tasted very watered down and comparable to grocery store powdered hot chocolate. For the price and being a chocolate shop was expecting something much better.
Mislabeled products. Bought some chocolate covered espresso beans but got chocolate covered raisins instead. Called the store and they want me to come back to the store to return it. No thanks I will charge back. The packagged chocolate also is old and has powdery deposit.
It’s way too expensive for what it is. Overrated. You taste just sugar more than chocolate, well it’s a touristic place so it was our fault to go there. Never going back. Thanks

I work at the outlets and me and my coworkers decided to order some stuff from there and the service was amazing!!! They offered to make more white chocolate cherries for us and one of the guys working even ran me down to make sure I had a spoon, so of course I had to leave a review :) can’t wait to go back!Thanks from gap!
