Great service and food was cooked to perfection! One standard I rule servers by is there ability keep my drink refilled and she did a fantastic job. Menu also seemed bigger then other Red Robin’s I’ve been too.
Decent food. They seated our party of six at a table made for four. Luckily we were able to move.
I definitely realized as an adult I do not like Red Robin. This location is pretty sticky and lots of unruly children. I felt like I needed to hold my breathe for prevention of inhaling germs. Will probably pass up on coming in here again. Food was ok, I’m sure the appetizer we had before just paying & leaving was probably frozen.
This is a well run chain restaurant. Very clean. Good staff. We had the whiskey river burger and a gluten free pizza. All perfect. Bill is in the photos.
I love Red Robin, who knew it could get better? Active Menus made it that much better! I got to order online, they let me know when it would be ready and i got there right on time! makes going to red robin that much more convenient! They also have THE BEST fries
Sad to say this visit was not a good one!!! Ordered and not only did it take forever but my friends food came out cold. When we told Siri she just said I will take it off the bill!!! We were like guess you didn’t want to eat….. no offer to remake the food at all. Refills on drinks ummmmm took forever as well. The kid that brought us out our food wasn’t friendly and his only goal was to get away without us asking for anything. We know they are short staffed as everywhere is but just to have some great customer service goes a long way. We won’t go back for a while that’s for sure.
We arrived this afternoon, there was maybe 5 parties in the restaurant that were already seated. We waited for over 10 minutes in plain sight of the staff loitering in the expo station and in the kitchen. They all had seen is waiting and no one came over. Not even the manager, they stayed in the kitchen laughing with the staff after making eye contact several times. We decided to leave and go elsewhere for lunch. What a disappointment. We will never consider eating at Red Robin again.
Took the wife to her birthday dinner the crew was focused on closing at 10, rather then taking care of customers... truly a shame ticket would've been bigger had if the service was up to par. 25 mins on a refill, no exaggeration... kid had 7 tables to HIMSELF and legitimately the rest of the crew disappeared. We don't blame the servant he did his best for what's going on... but on a Friday night nonetheless... most likely that you'd get better service at McDonald's..
Overall was a pretty good experience. Restaurant was pretty busy when we arrived. Our server was great! He was quick, attentive and happy. Restaurant was clean. Our drinks and apps arrived quickly and refills were taken care of without prompting. Our meal arrived promptly and there were no discrepancies. We love Red Robin for the atmosphere, the unique and tasty drink choices...and....the expansive food and dessert options. The only minor mention is the hostess could be a bit more attentive and smile.
Food was delicious. Service was mediocre at best. It wasn't very busy at all when we came tonight. We were seated promptly, but the our waiter seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly really either...
