I know it’s not this stores fault, but Canes in general have been slacking on their chicken. Raising their prices for smaller amounts of chicken and more breading. This small, dry chicken has been more of a regular occurrence than the juicy chicken they had when they first opened. So unfortunate.
Didn’t give me my full order through the drive through. (2 full meals missing). Barely gave a care when I called and said there was a note, so they knew. Just go to chick fil a across the street. Better food and better service. Offered me a refund in 7 business days…….
The manager here is a great person. We were driving a Box truck couldn't go through the drive-through but she opened the dining room up for us so we could get something to eat.. Food was great also . One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had.
Great chicken if you're wanting chicken tenders. Very juicy and flavorful. Most meals come with Texas toast and fries... Some come with coleslaw. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Must want chicken as they do not have a variety of options.
Ordered twice from here while on vacation in Castle Rock. Food was really good. I don't remember if the dining room was open but we only did the drive-thru. Even my picky teenager really liked all the food we ordered. Never eaten at one of these before, but would do so again.
This was my first time going there and the food was hot , fresh and tasty! The staff was upbeat with good energy - pleasantly surprised!
Great place to eat! The food is hot and fresh, and prepared in a surprisingly quick manner. Great tasting and proportions for any appetite. Prices are reasonable as well.
Delicious! Some of the best chicken & lemonade in town! The employees are competent and friendly. I also really respect that they give a big military discount. The atmosphere inside is nice and the drive-thru is quick. I've never had a problem here.
The food is great here but this place has some serious problems with training.Two times now, the drive-through has given us the wrong order. The first time we ordered 2 four piece box meals we received 2 two piece meals. The second time we ordered 2 four piece box meals we got three piece meals without bread and a four piece box meal with no bread and no coleslaw.If they’re going to make a huge mistake, why don’t they at least give me more than I asked for rather than less?
Love the chicken, so moist and tasty. I could eat here every day.Employees are very nice and friendly.
