Picked up an order to go and there was no rice or meat in my bowl when ordered it...call to complain and all i get is a sorry excuse for an apology amd hung up on. There is a bunch of rude teenagers working here and I don't appreciate it. I would have at least liked a refund.UPDATE!! Went to go eat my chips and salsa and there was a huge piece of plastic in my salsa the first bite I took. I am absolutely appalled and disgusting by the lack of carelessness this location has.
My family and I visited this location on the afternoon of 26 April and the food tasted good as usual, but the dining area was really dirty with food, trash, and spilled drinks on the tables and floors…and don’t get me started on the fountain drink machine! As we were eating, after cleaning off the table and booth seats ourselves, we overheard what appeared to be the shift manager (the only one wearing a black shirt) and someone who seemed to be his mother talking and she was telling him how to clean the tables while he protested telling her he didn’t need his mother telling him what to do (though clearly he did).I love Qdoba but I won’t be returning to this location until some things change.
A few weeks ago i come in at 9:33 PM when i get off work across the street, the girl working lied to me said they couldn’t make quesadillas past 9:30 because “the press closes down at 9:30” which is a lie i’ve worked for Qdoba you can’t close the press down early. I complained and was promised this would be addressed, I come in today at 9:40 PM the kid working tells me they have no food past 9:30pm AGAIN. If you close at 10 why isn’t your services available until 10? this is RIDICULOUS twice in one month i’m running into the same problem with two separate workers… DO BETTER. SOME OF US WORK LATE AND DONT GET A CHANCE TO EAT UNTIL AFTER 9:30PM
Why are there only kids here during Friday dinner rush? First kid that streamed my Tortilla and put the protein and queso and salsa on my burrito was just fine. The kid who did the veggies had attitude. I asked for 'a bunch of cilantro' put the tiniest pinch on there. I asked for more and got another tiny pinch. I ask for some more and then he takes a whole fist full of cilantro and drops it on there. The thing is I love cilantro so it wasn't the biggest of deals but it was unnecessary. He then proceeded to roll my burrito poorly so it started to fall apart on me. The last kid was new. Kinda unfamiliar with everything. Didn't even know they had cholula sauce. But he wasn't bad or anything. One star for each pleasant kid.4/29/22 1900
I’m giving a 5 STAR rating to the staff on duty on Saturday afternoon 4/9/22 at this location. The young man turned what was a horrible experience into a positive experience just because he had the “I can make it right attitude.” He offered me free meals but that isn’t what I was asking nor did I accept his gracious offer.I only wish I would have gotten his name because he is a “stand out” employee!!! Kudos & Thank You

This location is great! Open late and food is always fresh. The employees are all polite and helpful.
I'm a regular often when I need some protein for a workout. Never really let down other than joining rewards programs late. Oh and prices have gone up. I mean we're talking over 10 dollars for a steak burrito. Thanks to Biden but life goes on
I wasn't as satisfied with the service at this location. We were the only ones in line and we felt rushed, missed getting some things on my taco salad because of the way they were moving us a long not giving us time to see what we wanted. We don't frequent Qdoba often so looking at our options is still needed. Even the person at the register was in a hurry and rushed us through paying. There were no other customers so their service shouldn't have been so rushed.
