Since when does the spicy chi ken sandwhich have regular mayo (a few of the 4 we ordered)?

The spicy chicken was seasoned well. Although the breast was overcooked I thought they should have been embarrassed by what they were calling a wing (see picture). I get that companies are raising prices and scaling back portions, but this is ridiculously extreme.
Order using the app and dined in. Order was made when we arrived. Everything was warm and soggy, nothing was crispy. We tried the crispy sandwich and was soggy, the sandwich was warm, and bottom bun seemed stale. Fries were warm. Nuggets were warm and had no crunch. Bone in chicken was the warmest, but still lacked the typical crunch. Had red beans and rice, which was really red bean juice and rice, only found like 3 beans. One of the coke machines was out of order. About half of the tables were dirty.
I have gone to Popeye’s in Castle Rock , Co. Once per month for the last two yrs and NOT ONCE have they gotten my order correct, not one damn time !!!The only reason that I keep going back is that I love the chicken here. But I am now forced to stand at the counter and check my order, holding up everyone else to make sure the order is correct. Also, on top of that NOT ONE single worker speaks English, it’s no wonder they can not get the order correct!!!!!
The sides here and regular chicken were delicious, as were the biscuits. The chicken tenders seemed stale and the insides of some of them were still a bit pink. We were rushed through our ordering so that we could barely think. We didn’t have to wait for our order. We may give them another try.
I don't really like chicken, the wings were small but very good. I got the spicy which weren't very spicy, but again didn't taste bad. I also had the beans and rice that was good. I can't sing the song Love that chicken at Popeyes?? but it was good.
Takeout was fast but chicken not very good. They had no ice for drinks. And forgot to give silverware for red beans and rice. Was excited as I hadn’t had Popeyes in very long time. Probably won’t again for very long time.
You never know what you'll get at this location. Sometimes it's good other times it's underwhelming and disappointing especially when they give you like 5 (literally 5) fries for drive thru orders. Sometimes they forget to give you things you ordered. Sometimes everything is perfect and the staff is fantastic.
My husband and I visited this location past 9pm today and they were closing at ten. We ordered a 16 pc family meal and the employee (presumably the manager on duty) let us know he only had 14 pcs. and offered to make our meal fresh if we didn't mind the wait. He went above and beyond to cater to us so close to closing time and I am just so impressed that he cared. I hope this store values him and keeps him around because he is a real one! (I did not catch his name but he was dark haired and Hispanic) The food was perfect even so late. Thank you so much!!
Do not order delivery from this Popeyes. They never get your order correct, give you replacement items you don't want and today I get not one but two fish sandwiches that were still cold in the middle. What a BIG disappointment.
