Great pizza and appetizers! We had the parmesan fries and tried the pepperoni and…chicken tomato cheddar cheese jalapeño pizza (Mexican?, I forget the name). Anyway great pizza and spot to drop in for a bite to eat. Looked like they had some good deals and Happy Hour specials.
I tried to place an order online, as suggested by they’re website. When I landed on the order page it said they were temporarily closed. When I called someone answered and we were told they were busier than normal and it would take 75 min for our pick to be ready. I was happy to accept this assuming they were that busy. But when I picked up my pizza and fried pickle spears, the pizza was cold and the spears looked like they’d been sitting in a heater for too long. There appeared to be plenty of staff behind the counter, so I not sure where the disconnect was. They took my cell number, so they could have reached out to me to tell me my order was ready long before the 75 min quote the6 gave me.
Consistently good pizza, we always get take out for the occasional rainy night.Ranch dressing is seriously too die for. Especially if your like me and you are not eating it with salad. It’s the perfect midwest ranch for the perfect pizza dipping. We did one time order their sugar dough bites but they were covered in salt instead of sugar which was a bit terrifying to discover.. but they immediately made it right. Once it was sugar it was amazing. Maybe would recommend doing a quick lick for a taste test though before diving in!
When we initially moved to Castle Rock in 2019, Parry's instantly became our go to pizza joint. During COVID we relocated to be closer to family and recently returned to Castle Rock. Over the four or five visits to the restaurant (pickup, delivery, in person), it has been a memorable experience four of the five times for the wrong reason. The only positive experience over the last six months or so has been an in person visit, but picking up is generally a disaster. You'll check in, then join the ever growing line of people also waiting for pickup orders. The most recent visit, we placed a pickup order for a selected time only to wait past the selected time by 15 minutes. To top it off, when we got home realized the order was wrong. This is our third pickup attempt in the last six months and each one is about on par with this current experience. So, if you want good pizza and are going for an in person dining experience, try Parry's. If you're looking for delivery or pickup, I cannot recommend strongly enough finding an alternative.
Good pizza, poor service, unappetizing dessert.Placed an online order earlier this week. When I arrived to pick it up at the selected time, I was told it was almost done. Quite a while later, I was told that the kitchen had a problem "getting tickets" and my pizza was just then going into the oven. By the time I received my order, it was more than an hour since placing the order, and 25 minutes past the selected pick up time. Nobody offered me a discount, offered my 8 year old and I sodas while we waited, or even apologized. In addition, the fried dough dessert we ordered tasted like it had been fried in old oil and was extremely chewy. The pizza was yummy but as this was only our second time eating Parry's, I'm not sure we will take the chance and order from them again. A simple apology can go a long way when things go wrong.

Parry's is usually pretty good, pizza and wings. Beer list is on point. Have never had terrible service but, staff attitudes can be hit and miss sometimes depending on how busy they are. Love the pizza though, especially the pearl
Ordered delivery and parry’s put my order together incorrectly. When we called to get it fixed, they said the delivery company was responsible. But the delivery people can’t open to check that the order is right. So parry’s refused to fix my order and is using it as an excuse to not own up to their mistake. Don’t order from these guys and don’t go here. They just cut corners and avoid making customers happy.
Ordered delivery and they put the order together wrong. Then when I called, they said they won’t take responsibility for an incorrect order (that also had items that I’m allergic to) because it was delivery. How irresponsible. I would not recommend eating here because they don’t care enough to fix their mistakes. What a waste of money.
I should note that I ordered "take out" so, I can't review the service, only the food. The pizza crust was a thin Brooklyn style and was good. The sauce and bread sticks tasted identical to the ones at a particular pizza chain that I use. I'm not saying it was bad but it just wasn't unique or memorable. The meatballs were bland but again, it wasn't bad, just ordinary. The one Item that I really enjoyed was their garlic chicken wings. I could eat a whole dozen of those things. Despite the yummy wings, I feel like the mediocre menu Items were priced way too high to be considered of value. I will continue to get my pizza from that chain I mentioned earlier.
