As all the other reviews are saying, 2hr delivery time. Surprisingly was able to talk to someone at the 1hr 15min mark. Said they were waiting for a driver for delivery. 45min later, still waiting. Avoid this store.Who would have thought you’d need to look at google reviews for a Papa Johns?

My review is about a delivery order. When I placed my order with the app it charged me twice and the delivery person left two orders at the door. When I brought them in I tried to call directly about the mistake. If you call there no one answers and when you select the managers ext it goes to voicemail and they never call you back. Corporate says they will contact them and have them call you but they never do. Two weeks later I went to the store and the manager issued me a credit. I spent no at least a hour and a half on the phone with no results. This is a corporate review they should have handled this from the beginning.In short, watch your delivery orders or else you will experience the same !!!!

I called and ordered my pizza at 5:46 pm, I arrived at 6:24 pm my spicy bites were done but my pizza had not been made yet. This happened at the monument papa John’s as well a few weeks ago. One pizza was done and another not put in the oven yet. When I got home, one pizza was cold and looked as though it sat at for an hour and the other one fresh. Our family doesn’t live close to either restaurant and will probably not use this restaurant again. Dissatisfied

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!I would give a 0 star rating if I could. And I wish that I had read the reviews of this location before I ordered. I placed an order at this location and never received my order. I called the location several times after 2 hrs went by and no one picked up. I called the next day and spoke with the manager who could not give me an answer as to why my order never showed up. I finally got my money back after a few days, but to never show up with my order and not have a legitimate reason for the issue is completely unacceptable.I called the corporate office and that was a waste of time as well as nothing every came of it. I would recommend no one order from this location and call corporate as well even if nothing will come of it they cannot say that they were not made aware of the issue with this location.I will NEVER order Papa Johns again and just stick with Dominoes & Little Caesars instead. At least I know I will get actually get my pizza.

Yes, this store has a shortage of staff, but so does virtually every single other restaurant. A lot of the employees that work there do a decent job and work extremely hard, but they aren't properly trained on what to prioritize. I've waited over 1 hour after I drove 20 minutes to the store for a carryout order. The problem with the restaurant is the management and probably beyond fixing.

Hi Summer!!! Are you gonna sue me for leaving this post? You said you would so I am ready, so is my team. This place is horrible, 2.5 hour delivery times, no communication, no one answers phones, you need fired Summer. You need a job at something slower like the library or the DMV, you can take your sweet sweet time there. Would be much better than taking your time getting pies to 6 kids waiting for food 2.5 hours later. This store is terrible with super low feedback, wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Sad for you Summer, sad sad sad.

Ordered online from Papa Johns ( Castle Rock ) for my grandkids. Went to pick it up. Was told it was not ready. Waited 25 minutes more after the time I was told it wold be ready. Finally was told that they could not find my pizza. No apology, no sorry, no nothing. Got my refund and walked out. Very badly managed. Stay with Dominoes from now on, better service, better pizza at Dominoes.

Operationally - this location is a mess. With the staff they have, they should not be taking online orders. The GM needs more training on effective, efficient, and operational procedures to ensure customers demands are met. They are full of excuses which this location and any location blaming it on COVID has had 3 years to figure it out and make changes to ensure they function. And if it is that bad - then why isnt the owner(s) stepping up and working until they can resolve the shortage? Maybe because not one person I talked to even knows who the owner(s) are? Just me - I like to know who I am working for! Best of luck to this location - I hope they figure it out. Good thing we have tons of other pizza options close by.

I took a job at the store with a positive attitude and for almost a month, I showed up and put in the work as I watched the "manager" pay people out of her pocket to come help her that DON'T EVEN WORK HERE. She buys nicotine for teenagers and everyone vapes inside the store. No one washes their hands. The back door is constantly unlocked which is a security risk..They can't handle production but instead of finding a solution it's an absolute tearful mess every weekend. Despite my attempt to bring positive vibes to this workplace I was met with hostility and toxic negativity.The manager is more concerned with being liked by the teenagers than actually managing a business. No one there respects her. She works from open to close every day because she can't resolve conflicts or lead a team. She pushes everyone out when they are trying to help. That's why no one will work here. She refused to give me HR information or even the district manager's phone number in order for me to voice my concerns properly in the chain of command. .Don't spend your money here, they do not treat employees fairly.

Really struggling with this review. I understand that restaurants are short staff and we expected longer wait times however, I dod not expect to be lied to over and over again. Every time I called the restaurant to check on our order I was told " Landon has left the store and is on his way." Even With a little bit of snow, a 2 mile drive doesn't take 2 hours. If you don't have the bandwidth to take more orders, then just don't answer the take any more orders. The manager tried to give me the excuse of "everything is online so we cant do anything. But I called and placed this order over the phone so it would have been really easy for the employee to just say, "unfortunately we can't take any more orders tonight. " ? Instead, they just stole my money and led us on for over 2 hours. Would have just appreciated the honesty of the situatio*update - Finally got an order after over 2 hours. Wasn't what we ordered. Got someone else's pizza but at this point don't care and just ate it.
