I usually don’t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing. It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch.Also, sign up for their rewards program for you will get a lot bang for your buck!

I love Panera, usually; however my order today was below par. After waiting 30 minutes for my delivery, and I could see that my dasher had to wait over 10 minutes at the restaurant, I get my food and desert only to have my drink watered down because the ice melted (it was apparently prepared first) and then I see that my bakery products are just dropped in the bag without anything on them. No bakery box or bag. I suppose I should feel lucky that my salad was in a bowl with a lid?Really. Unprotected food for a delivery. Thanks Panera. I expected better.
Really bad. Every trash can in the place was full(2:30 p.m.) had to ask for salad dressing. Counter person seemed unfamiliar with the menu. Food quality mediocre.
Always love their chicken noodle sick when feeling under the weather. I forget but they have Surprisingly fresh food options. Way too expensive though for what it is
The last three times I have tried to go through the drive-through here they have gotten my order completely wrong. Very frustrating.Management needs to have their speaker system upgraded, the employees are clearly just winging it instead of double checking that they have the correct order while not being able to clearly hear what’s being said.
We have gone here a few times in the last 4 months. Each time has been worse than the last. We ordered via Uber Eats last time, and the sandwich was made with limited toppings and was cold (ordered a warm sandwich). We have always had a problem with the order arriving with missed items, wrong sizes (ordered a large and got a small), or underwhelming freshness. The coffee is usually decent. The baguette is still great. Unfortunately, this location is not a good representation of how Panera could be.
Tried to order through doordash and it wouldn’t allow me to add or change anything on the salad and when I called she said tough luck and wouldn’t even try to help me get my order placed. Also asked what the distance was on ordering through Panera and she couldn’t help me with that either so I will just order from somewhere else. Pretty sad to say I’m disappointed with this location in the last few years
Order here via the app quite frequently, and we've been missing items on all four of our last orders. Even the items that were there were not prepared per the request if the app. Such an expensive place and to not ensure complete orders is unacceptable. Gave them 2 stars just because the food is pretty good. Complained on their site three times with no follow up or resolution. Just a shame.
Entire dining area was filthy. Food cold and 2 out of 4 of us felt sick immediately upon drive home. Never again.
Panera Bread in Castle Rock is always a pleasant and relaxing experience. It’s cozy if you’re wanting to dine in have great views of front range and a descent glimpse of Pikes Peak off in the distance in Colorado Springs. The facility is great, well maintained and always kept groomed. The customer service is excellent and always have been, the staff is pleasant at all times, the self check out automation is fabulous and if you’re in a hurry to get in and get out, no worries, these guys will certainly provide you with fast service. Oh by the way, the food in the menu is by far very tasty, especially the broccoli cheddar cheese soup, fabulous.
