This place needs tonget it together. Always out of something, tonight they only had like 4 choices.......instead of chowmein we got a pile of cabbage, and the portions are pretty little compared to other pandas
This place is absolutely utterly horrible . The employees could careless , they are kind of snotty . They are always outta food entree's or even rice ! Not to mention it's an awkward spot to even get into . Every time we go there they are outta the things we want . They can't even make chowaien proper ... It's either all noodles or no noodles and all cabbage . I guess that's what you get when you staff a bunch of kids and ppl that don't care ! Honestly real Asian food is definitely better . I would avoid this place .
Ordered chow mein ... All I got was cabbage . Smart like stick hey ?If you can't make the food proper then mayb fast food isn't for you ! Not to mention this place is always outta things . Unreal !!!
the did not honor the 35c orange chicken coupon that I downloaded. Geez. It's so wrong for people to make you feel bad. Customer service is very important to a paying customer that's nice and kind to you. Honor the coupons, stop with these websites that's just to much to do. Gosh. I was hungry and did not get to eat. Amen. Be a little nicer as well.
Good food. The orange chicken and fried rice was great.
Staff is incredibly friendly and considerate. Just hope manager JAC isn't doing you portioning, or your getting basically nothing but rice.
Having the drive thru closed during peak dinner rush is a bummer. Long line inside. Food is always hit and miss depending on how long its been sitting. My last experience had super cold shrimp that was suspect enough to not eat it, but the beef was hot and tasty.
We have tried to give this location many chances since it is the only Panda express near us. I think we are done giving it chances. The wait time to get any food from here is horrible. Half the time they are out of their staple foods like lo mein or even orange chicken. Frequently the food seems like it isn't very fresh, like it has been under the heater for a while. I feel like they have a serious management issue because other Panda Express locations have never been this bad.
What a shame. I love Panda Express, but this location is terrible. They’ve been blaming CoVID for 2 years by closing the main dining area. Only drive through for 2 straight years. Sometimes it’s nice to walk in instead of waiting 30 minutes in a line before I can order. Either shut it down or figure out the system.
I came in to the drive thru tonight and and tried to order a plate with sweet fire chicken and lo mein. They told me they were out of lo mein so I settled for rice. I ordered double sweet fire chicken because it was one of the only on trays they had. My "meal" consisted of old rice and maybe 5 pieces of chicken. That's not worth the money they should've at least told me they didn't have enough to make a meal.
