5/15/20222:26The food was great. But the restaurant was so dirty.5-6 people working and just standing around . No Customers so no reason for this. Every table drity as well.
We love noodles and company and thrilled this one went in near our new home. It is one of the only places I can getting kids to eat broccoli, since the best rice crispy treats come after. Always great. This has been a favorite chain for 20 years.
Ordered pad thai, dumplings, korean meatballs for lunch.Pad thai was ok good. The noodles were prepared to the right texture and I would say it's 75% authentic. The eggs were over fried though. The rest were just passable. I thought the dumpling sauce lacked punch, and the sweet sauce for the meatballs was too sweet and drowning the meatballs too much. The meatballs also tasted very similar to ikea meatballs for me. My husband liked the meatballs though so I guess it's up to individual's taste. The place was airy and music was enjoyable. They need a bigger capacity trash though or empty them out more often. It place was not dirty, but not clean either.
I asked for EXTRA spinach on the Penne Rosa plate and its like i asked them for no spinach, noodles tasted like they had been sitting for a while they where so dry!!!. They literally didnt put any spinach on it either. My boyfriends food they absolutely burnt it . And my sons chicken was chewy. Never comming back to this location again. I should have looked at reviews first. Smh dont come here!.
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll also be going back in tomorrow when I’m back in town, as I’m not going out of my way after driving all the way back home with two hungry children that I’m now cooking for. I have called repeatedly to complain and request a refund - because this was the worst experience - and the phone is disconnected. Go figure. Upon walking in, a rude girl asks another employee if he will take my order. There were 4-5 employees present none of which were busy. They were no other patrons or to go orders being made, everyone was standing around talking. I heard my chicken Alfredo needing to be remade because the cook shouted “I messed up”, and all of that just to mess up a second time. Hardly any sauce on noodles and no vegetables in pasta. My daughters buttered noodles had almost ZERO butter & cold noodles. The noodles must’ve never been warm because the cheese never melted on top. Also, there were exactly 5 pieces of broccoli as her side. I’m sorry, but I think that’s pretty cheap nutrition for almost $7 a plate for kids. The Mexican street salad, which the employee that took my order had to repeatedly ask me and employee if it was the same as the Med salad, had almost no corn or cheese. Basically just a regular salad.Tables were filthy everywhere. I was going to sit down and wait for my order and noticed grease and crumbs on several tables. There was plenty of staff with nothing to do that could have grabbed a towel. It also smelled terrible upon walking in, so bad that the employees were discussing it aloud and opened the front doors. I asked what the smell was and asked if everything was ok - the guy taking my order said “I have no idea”.Will be going back in to speak to a manager, who I hope can rectify the issue by giving me my money back. Times are hard and you would think people would be grateful for their jobs and the business it entails. Guess not!
I'll admit that the food at this restaurant is great. However, the other aspects, not so much. For example, we were pleased when we drove up and saw that they offer beer and wine. Honestly, I probably would not have gone in the restaurant if I had known that they don't actually serve beer and wine. But once we get in there, the waiter basically trashed the owner by saying he's too cheap to upgrade his signage. Okay, business owner, here's a local guide telling you to either get alcohol in your store or update your signage.
Really need some help on expo. Hopefully new manager can turn it around ASAP. Absolutely ridiculous times for a fast casual chain. Longer tickets than I saw in sit down restaurants. 1/5 for every customer that has the displeasure of dealing with this location.
The quality at this location has been steadily declining. My meal (Pesto Cavatappi with Parm Chicken) was bland and same with my wife’s (Shrimp Scampi). The real disappointment was my son’s mac’n cheese. Only sauceless noodles with shredded cheese…that wasn’t even melted. Can’t say we’ll be ordering from here again
So I understand being short staffed but come on. My family tried coming here the night before but because of staffing issues they close at 7pm. So we came back the next night. We walk in and they are only taking online orders. So w go back out to our car and order. Walk back when our food was supposed to be ready but they have already locked the doors. I shook the door making noise so they would hear me but nothing. I could literally see them just talking. Even the customers in there looked at me like i was crazy. I try calling them and it sounded like I just got disconnected. So I turn my phone one to signal to them and they look at me. So I point to my phone and point in there like yeah I have an order. They grab the order and walk it out. Thanks but won’t be coming back. If you say you are going to be open to a certain time at least honor that. Disappointed…
This place was a train wreck, so grubby on the inside. Deep cleaning has long since been forgotten. The food was burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. The general manager refunded my money easily enough but i hope they actually use this as a catalyst to try harder because my disappointment was legitimate with this place. Noodles and company is generally a really good place to eat however this particular restaurant fell way short of what I am used to getting at other Noodles and company's!Please take some time and clean your dining room and train your people how to cook . :/
