Dear Mod Pizza - I’m so happy you are open. Really. I’m also happy you have a lot of online business but your customers who come inside the establishment are waiting way way too long. I have been waiting 45 minutes for one mod pizza. This is unacceptable. The inside customer needs to take priority.

The customer service was very poor. I had a very disappointing experience at the Castle Rock location and I will not visit you restaurant any longer. I cannot say any more since I never received the pizza!
