The prices are too high. You are paying your kids way to much for the poor quality of service which they render. They can't get the order right and are too busy socializing with each other to help a customer! You get a 2 out of 10. 10 being great!

This McDonald’s has always had some great quality food and fast service, but some of the time they get orders wrong or switch them completely. yesterday I asked for a 10 pc nugget with 1 large fry and a water, but I somehow got a cheeseburger with 2 small fries. Not to mention I got a chocolate shake instead of an iced water. but I really didn’t mind and just went back to the restaurant to return my order. The workers did understand though and gave me the right order. So that’s a plus. Overall 3 stars.
Walked into McDonald’s and have been standing hear at the front with employees walking by me and not even acknowledging me or stating they will be with me. Made me feel very awkward felt like they don’t tend to the people I’m the front only the drive window. Just acknowledge me asking me to use the key osk and I replied that I had 2 forms of payment at which they then ignored me and I am still waiting.
Went through drive thru on 5/14/22 at 10:15pm. Extremely slow service. Got my fries they were raw and barely warm. Cheeseburgers were sloppy put together, no mustard and ketchup was all over the outside of the bun. With Shake Shack, In & Out, Burger King, Wendy's & Freddy's being choices as a manager id be getting it together. One of my worst fast food meals ever!
Nice drive through staff! Everything was hot and fresh. Due to a strict med diet, I've not been to any McD's in over four years, so it was nice to see that the consistency hasn't changed.
This has got to be the nicest, friendliness McDonald's in the state of Colorado! They are all doing a fabulous job and on a ongoing continuous basis! You ALL deserve a huge raise! ?
Staff were very sincere and helpful. I was ordering late night (after 11:30 PM) in the actual facility and not through the drive through. I was told approximate wait times and was served slightly before the anticipated time. Although the registers were closed, staff accommodated me and informed me of menu options I may not have had access to otherwise.Overall experience was a 10/10, especially because I could tell the food was warm and therefore prepared as soon as I ordered it!
the past 3 times i’ve specifically asked them to please salt my fries and they deadass put 0 salt. and they put onions on my quarter pounder when i specifically asked for it without them. L restaurant just go to the other one in town
First experience at this location and very satisfied. Line was long but was moving quickly. You could tell the food was prepared shortly before being served, best McDonald's I've had in a while.
Very disappointed today. Did a Mobile Order, but upon arrival, there was no mocha again. They offered a substitution which we accepted. However, upon returning home, we saw that our order was not complete. All of our 3 hashbrowns were missing. So, the missing food and the lack of mocha was a letdown.
