Just came through this McDonald’s to be helped by the sweetest kid. We didn’t even get his name but let me just say, his parents raised him right! You turned our whole day around by just being friendly. He wasn’t even on the clock when he took our order.I hope you know how much of a difference you made on our day!
We called an hour ahead to let them know we were bringing a bus full of teens for breakfast. They were happy to help, the staff was friendly and they fed 55 of us extremely quickly. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh.
We brought a bus with 60 high school students through this mcdonald’s and they did a marvelous job accommodating us. It was timely and clean. The manager was also extremely generous and kind.
Went early in the morning and waited at the speaker for over 2 minutes. When no one answered I made my way to the window. The associate said, "You need to go back thru the drive-thru since I don't have any orders." I told him I had a mobile order and already paid. He said, "Well, I don't have any orders." I verified I had the correct address for the mobile order and asked him what I should do since I had already paid. He said, "I don't know." I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said the manager was in an interview (at 5:34 am?). I asked if he could provide me the contact info for the owners and he said, "You can look it up yourself" and he closed the window. I went to the closest McDonalds where a friendly young man showed me how to cancel my other order and change it to that location.I know staffing issues plague the fast food industry, but this was unacceptable.
I’ve gone here two times recently in the past 2 weeks or so, and every single time I’ve gone they get my order either wrong or don’t give the right thing at all. Not to mention the poor customer service there too. The overall quality of the food is underwhelming as well compared to the other ones around. I don’t recommend this specific location, but instead another which is only less than 10 minutes away.
I waited almost 30 minutes to get a single burger. There were numerous people who ordered after me that got their food before me. The guy who took my card looked high as balls. I told one of the employees that I had been waiting for 20 minutes, and she basically ignored me. Would have only given 1 star, but the burger was fresh and made how I ordered it at least. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had at McDonald's
Came in for a quick bite with family, worst food quality I’ve ever experienced. The burgers were older then my grama, nuggets were over cooked to the point I could break a tooth, the fries were no longer fries, they were lays potato chips. I’ll never return this place sucks.
Not well run or maybe our server was new. Handed out drinks covered in soda rather than clean them off. Moreover I think the machine had just run out because it was overflowing with foam and then settled to 2/3 the full volume. That makes me think he was new and just didn’t know what he was doing.However he then gave me a wrong drink which we didn’t realize until we were back on the road and we couldn’t turn around…so probably a few things happening.
It was super backed up in the line for drive thru, first off. When I got to the speaker box, I ordered a burger with the meal, large size. When I got to the window, I paid the person, thanked them, but they didn't thank me. I thought, whatever, maybe they're having a bad day? When I got to the 2nd window, I got my food first and my drink 2nd. The drink they gave me was medium. I asked the person if it was a large drink. They said it was a medium. I told him I got a large drink. The person gave me attitude about getting my drink. I usually will accept whatever, but if I'm paying for it, shouldn't I get it my way? Especially if I'm spending my hard earned money? So I get my drink, thank him, and he doesn't say anything either. He didn't even put in ice in it. Never going back.
