Food is off the charts. Really really good modern Mexican/southwest. Try the fajitas. Super amazing steak, shrimp and chicken. Great drinks, though a little pricey.Would love to give the place five stars, but the service at the bar, yet again, was cold, frenzied, and impersonal.
This place is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in Castle Rock. The service is always great. The food was good. We order the chicken fajitas and the tortillas were a little cold but everything else was on point. Our server had great customer service. If you are ever in castle rock and would like some good Mexican food check this place. -Vega Approved ✔️??
They have successfully created another incredibly special ambiance which supports thoroughly enjoying the food. Best green chile anywhere! Along with the home made tortillas, we are always in heaven. Must go back for dessert!

We have been going to La Loma ever since it was on 29th in the house in Denver, than up the street and even downtown. This is a very nice restaurant with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Anniversary plate was on point but the México City tacos were nothing like but just ok, the beans and rice were very good our waitress did an awesome job
Fantastic service, amazing view, and delicious food and drinks. We enjoyed the Sangria and Cadillac Margarita. I recommend the fajitas or combination plates. The enchiladas, Chile rellenos, and sopapillas are devine.
R.I.P the best nachos I have ever had - the beef fajitas steak nachos (note I eat Mexican food every day). 15 years ago we discovered this delicacy at the original DT La Loma location but now they removed it from the menu unless your willing to pay $40. Don’t get me wrong this place is great and this location has amazing views yet they eliminated something that truly set them apart.
I'm a big fan of La Loma. Their food is excellent and the service is great. We've been multiple times and we're always glad we went. I do recommend their appetizers, namely their Chicken Fajita Nachos, Chicken Flautas, and Mini Chile Rellenos. The Mini Chile Rellenos in particular are phenomenal, I could probably eat 100 of them. For entrees, we've had their sopapillas which are amazing and I'm not sure I've ever had better chimichangas. Their margaritas are great as well. As far as atmosphere, I'd say it's second to none. It's a beautiful and modern restaurant, and the view is stunning. If you're looking for an upscale Mexican restaurant in Castle Rock, definitely check out La Loma.
Absolutely delicious!! Such fresh Mexican food. Everything we had was amazing ? I ordered the chicken burritos and my boyfriend had the three item combo with enchiladas. The kids got children's chicken quesadillas. We also ordered the guacamole with our chips. I was very impressed by this place. The food was excellent with just the right amount of spice, the service was great and the ambiance was perfect! 5 stars! Loved it!! Highly recommend going here! The first picture is the enchiladas, then my green chili chicken burritos and then the quesadillas.
Well LaLoma’s certainly changed a bit from when I was last at their location in The Highlands. The food was amazing, the service was phenomenal, but the views of the foothills were stunning. Floor to ceiling glass lines the entire back wall, catching the sunset while dining was memorable. Definitely recommend!
