This is my first time in a Kneaders. There's a pretty large selection of baked goods, breads, sweets, rolls, loaves to take home. I had the French bread with my Chicken Avocado Bacon Salad. The bread was very fresh with a slight sourdough flavor, nice. The butter is good. The salad is large, good value for $10.99. The chicken tasted sort of like rotisserie style, recently cooked and flavorful. The avocado was just right. Bacon wasn't greasy. I liked the mix of lettuces and it was quite fresh too. The staff was friendly, only took a few minutes for the salad to get to my table. Overall a 5-star experience. Thanks.

Staff is sweet but whoever made the menu doesn't know the different between a Capaccino and a Latte. Also, for some reason they put cinnamon on it. Not sure if it was a special treat or how they always do it.

Once again, they nailed it. Simple fresh ingredients, and good service. What more could you want?

Good sweets and stuff. I had the French Toast it was good but the strawberries were not so fresh. People were nice.

Decided to try this place since I moved close by. Order supposed to be ready at 9:45 and saw the online order spots when I arrived, followed the prompts to text and waited outside. Finally got out of my car and went inside at 10. Noticed my order just sitting there on the counter as a girl asked if I had an order. I told her yes and that I had been waiting outside but nobody showed up. She asked for the name and handed me the order sitting there, no apology or anything. So my food was just sitting there getting cold the whole time. What a waste. I would've went inside but since I saw the spots figured it couldn't hurt since I was on the phone with someone. Try somewhere else.Update: Got home and the order is missing the oatmeal but called and got a refund.

It was just OK. Hubby and I had simple hot drinks and desserts, and mine definitely tasted a bit old. Might have just been my dessert choice though. Not all that clean, even though the place wasn't busy at all and there were several employees. And they don't carry decaf? Normally I wouldn't notice, but being very pregnant, and also being later in the day, having to do a non coffee option for no caffeine wasn't what I was looking for, but oh well.

Explain to me how this is a $13 sandwich. There's barely any meat. It's just bread.

First time here. They do not have tea nor do they have decaf coffee. The kid behind the counter didn’t seem confident of those things but wasn’t interested in confirming. We planned to eat in but our pie and cinnamon roll were put in huge plastic containers - not warmed or anything. It was a very unsatisfactory experience. The cold apple pie had good flavor but a cold cinnamon roll is hard to like. I’m sorry it was not a good experience as we were hoping to find a nice place to go.

Soup was served cold. I went up to the counter to have it heated in the microwave 3 times. By the third time it was warm enough to eat but only tolerable. No steaming pots of delicious soup just paper bowls to throw in a microwave.

Ordered an apple pie for a birthday celebration and scheduled to pick it up 24+ hours later. Arrive at the appointed time and the first person to help me couldn't find it. Rather than coming back and telling me that, she just started helping other staff and delivering food while I stood there. She finally indicated to me that she didn't know where it was, but her manager did and he was on the phone. I continued to stand and wait. A young man came out and started looking at receipts, etc........as I continued to stand there he asked if he could help me. I said I was waiting to pick up a pie I ordered and it seemed they were having trouble finding it. Ends up he is the manager and he was acting like he was oblivious that I was the customer waiting. "Oh yeah........I tried calling you. We don't make apple pies anymore." There is absolutely no record of him trying to call (hard to lie about that when there is caller id these days). When I looked at him in disbelief, he stuttered about finding a substitute and offered some cherry dessert (no thanks). Then just shrugged his shoulders and mentioned he would try to get a refund processed. The restaurant was well-staffed......people tripping over each other trying to look busy. Complete waste of my time and frustrating given I made a special trip in bad weather to pick it up for our celebration.
