Went through your drive-through today i could barely hear the guy on the other end of the speaker. Repeated my order back to him and when he gave me the total it didn’t sound right. When we got to the window I simply asked the man to repeat my order back to me as the price didn’t sound right, he then got defensive and argued with me regarding what I ordered I simply said sir I’m just asking for you to repeat my order as the price doesn’t sound correct he then was rude and unprofessional and when I asked to speak to the manager he pulled his name badge out of his pocket and said that he was his name was Ty he rudely said do you want the food or not and I said you know what I do not the service was horrible! Do unprofessional all he had to do was politely repeat my order. I understand finding employees is hard at the moment but that was no excuse

Orderd on line. Never got a confirmation. Tried to call the store to make sure they got my order but no one ever answered the phone. In fact they took it off the hook twice. Called corporate and the first time I was put on hold the music kept repeating " you will never see me again." How fitting! The lady at corporate said my order never went through, then asked me if there was anything else she could do. As soon as I said no she hung up. KFC is trash!

This has to be the worst customer service in Castle Rock. Most times I go through the drive-thru they end up telling me to pull to the front and wait for my food. The last time I did this it literally took 50 minutes to get my food, and there was one couple parked next to me that said thay had waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. The time before that they completely messed up my order, instead of mashed potatoes they gave me a dozen cookies (wth). They must get bonuses for pushing people through the drive-thru faster, so once they have you pull to the front then they are no longer on the clock and couldn't care less. Tim was horrible, rude, and calling another colleague every name in the book. Also be careful when ordering Original Recipe as they tend to give you something else, I suppose so they don't have to cook another batch. I love me some KFC, put pass on this location!!

My wife and I ate at the Castle Rock KFC on June 29,2022. We had the Wednesday special. The biscuit and the cole slaw were fine. The meat and mashed potatoes were inedible. Staff were friendly and helpful. The store was dirty and very hot-- no air conditioning. It appears that the owner/franchisee has little interest in this location. Employees said that he stopped by and dropped off a cardboard cutout promoting veterans-- no one was told told the use the promo-- owner dropped it and left. Lack of owner interest and less than mediocre food leads me to think this store will close before year end.

Ordered online for delivery. Was told my DoorDash driver was approaching with my food, $123 worth. Waited 20 min, no one showed...called the restaurant 4 times, no one answered. Drove to the restaurant..doors are locked, no dining inside. Short staffed. Someone finally came to the door. Told them I never received my delivery. Kind staff told me the driver was told it'd be another 30 min for my order, so he needed to come back. Delivery driver never relayed that message to me. So we assumed it wasn't coming. So my complaint isn't really with kfc, it's with DoorDash. Although kfc should think about using another delivery service .

Kfc was the winners of my most recent food Fight. I put their spicy crispy chicken sandwich up against popeyes. Both were reasonably priced at $4.49. I would have liked a bit more spice as it was very mild but the chicken patty was thick and I felt it was just a better bang for my buck. Good texture on the chicken and juicy as well.

I ordered two 3 peice KFC meals, I got two 2 piece meals. I ordered two Rootbeer floats, I got two half filled drinks and I am still wondering where the ice cream is. I tried to call and after 30 rings they hung up on me. I immediately tried again and after 30 rings I hung up. You lost a customer and I aim to shame you the best I can. Your store is a total rip off. I will speak to your owner and if I have travel back to your store, because you refuse to answer your phone, expect a very upset EX customer to arrive. I am also contacting my bank and having the charges reversed for fraud. Your store is a fraud. Expect to see a protester at the drive through, on public property, informing all your guests that you are a FRAUD.

Welp, went to the window, got told my order was $19.95 or something like that, so I told him there is no way because it was just a famous bowl. Then he preceded to tell me it was a famous bowl with a chicken strips. Then corrected him again telling him it was just a famous bowl. He then cursed at me and slammed the window. After that fun event they took forever for my food and made me sit upfront. Foods gross and I’m done. :) Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

It took 30 minutes to get our food. We waited in the drive thru a asked and watched 4 other customers go in and out before we got our food. I had to go inside twice to check on the order. While inside, the dining area was gross. The floor was sticky and the tables were dirty

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We got cheese curds through the drive thru. We were told to pull around front where we waited over 20 minutes. Employees brought out food to every other car that no one ordered. Not one car got their food through the drive thru.The fact that they bring out others cars full orders before 1 order of cheese curds is absurd. I don’t know how this place stays in business.
