The first time I ordered online for. Pickup their ovens were broken when I arrived and the store was closed. I had to call to get a refund with no apologyfor an inconvenience. The second time I tried this location they were out of turkey. How can a sandwich place run out of turkey? I won't be back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Unbelievably bad location and I can't say enough bad things about this JJ.. 3 times they've messed up my order and have taken over an hour for delivery every single time. I'll never order from here again..
Staff was very friendly and professional! Sandwiches were ready before we even sat down at a table. Speedy service and delicious food.
The experience was quick and painless! I did car pickup and they came out in less than 5 minutes even after they immediately came out to warn me they were backed up for lunch. Well oiled machine, impressive!
2nd chance for this location,same result. I would recommend you just close. Obviously there is Zero leadership. 45-60 minutes for a simple walk-in order is unacceptable. I recommend removing any signage referring to “freaky fast” as it no longer applies here.
What a terrible location!! I just placed an order online and waited and waited. Finally over an hour later I called the store and the guy said oh yea we don’t have a delivery driver today and I just haven’t gotten around to calling you yet. Such terrible service. Have never had a good experience at this location. If I could give lower than 1 star I would. Do not recommend. If you are craving a sandwich go to one of the many other great food places we have in Castle Rock!
Sandwiches were good but service extremely slow! One staff member was just standing around as there was a line out the door. Never had to wait 20 mins for a Jimmy John’s sandwich before, not even remotely freaky fast as usual
This store is operating illegally with no tax ID number nor EIN (employee identification number). Additionally, they refuse to provide W-2’s for their employees so that they cannot file taxes. Please report them.
Worst ever customer service. Manager Joe refused to refund ticket after waiting 1hr 20 min for food. then the driver stated he left food at the door. Which we never discovered. The Manager told my wife that it was her problem. We did not receive food or a refund. we will be contacting the GM and the cooperate office in regards to the unacceptable customer services...
My husband ordered food for delivery for my sons while at a wrestling tournament. its been over an hour and management refuses to refund my money because the 'driver was already out for delivery.' The manager also refused to provide any contact information for the general manager. It's unfortunate that we have to escalate it to contacting corporate. As an update the driver left the food outside by a door at a high school. He texted and stated its outside the door. We dont know where the food is and refused to refund money for food we didnt get.
