I came for a sandwich at 6pm on a Friday, and was told they had no bread.Call ahead to ask if they have bread I suppose...This is literally my last "let me give them one more chance" i will actively steer people away from this particular store. Absolute trash place.
I just ordered a Vito sub from Jimmy Johns. After waiting 90 minutes to be notified that my pickup order was ready, I called the restaurant and was told “oh yeah, it’s waiting right here.” As I was picking my order up, I saw a sign of the door that said “we are out of capicola and cheese” so of course when I get home I find that there is only salami and lettuce on my sandwich, nothing else. Seriously, what a joke. Don’t waste your time.
Ordered deliver twice and the first time it took over 2 hours to arrive and the sandwiches were missing all kinds of ingredients. The 2nd time the food came relatively fast but the sandwich was pretty much the exact opposite of what I ordered. Would never recommend this JJ to my worst enemy…
Oh my gosh, this location has NO idea what fast or freaky fast is! We waited to even be acknowledged, let alone have our order taken, which they got wrong, and the wait to get our food was crazy slow! The location was not busy and there was ample staff!
This location is a mess.The staff is sloppy and have zero customer service. They’re usually wearing their regular street clothes and snacking while they work.. UNSANITARY!And they are insanely slow. More than anything it’s just sad how little service they offer. They act like you’re bothering them by coming in. Not one employee has smiled during any of my visits. I keep coming hoping one day they’ll get it together but I’m starting to think that’s never going to happen…
This location has really gone downhill over the years. I waited at lunch today for 20 minutes in the store for my sandwich. Didn’t have 20 minutes, thought about just leaving without my sandwich. I get the staffing shortages right now, but that’s no excuse for the staff that are there to move slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter.
A little light on the ingredients, like hardly any onions, and hardly any lettuce. Plus they forgot cheese even though I paid for it. However the sandwich was ultimately good and the place clean. It's just so expensive. $30+ for one regular sandwich and one giant and chips and a drink.
I ordered a #14 which is a roastbeef and turkey sandwich. Well when we got home I had roastbeef and ham. Don't get me wrong, it was good, just not what I wanted or ordered. To far to go back so I ate it but was disapointed.
I have been waiting 40 minutes for my order,. 11 customers who ordered after me and 4 online customers received their orders. I was assured several times my order was on its way, then finally asked what I ordered. They found the order slip for my order on another counter. Total time 43 minutes.
"That's because we haven't set up the drink fountain yet". These were the words told to me by the cashier (manager?) when I tried to get a soft drink, and it sprayed all over me and the floor. This establishment did not set up the fountain drink station for the morning, and I ordered a meal... and as anyone who ordered a soft drink would go to the station and pour themselves a drink would, I tried to get myself a soft drink. The station was not set up yet and it sprayed all over me and the floor. The lady (manager?) working the register VERY casually told me that it was not set up yet, that's why it sprayed me. Well thank you so much for letting me order the soft drink, pick up the drink in front of you, and you not let me know that the station was not set up yet, and it would spray all over me if I used it. What a joke of "customer service". She did not seem to care at all, when telling me this information.
