The staff here is always hard working and very nice! I had to take an issue with corporate about something that a shift manager once did, but other than that - these guys are a good team with good attitudes, making fresh, quality subs.
Honestly worst Jersey mikes location I’ve ever been too. 3 obviously stoned highschool kids that can’t keep up with the volume. Spent 35 minutes waiting for an order after it said it should be ready by, way too many onions for ordering normal mikes way, and they forgot to add cherry pepper relish. Find another location this one ain’t worth it
Not fancy, but good subs that benefit a great group of first responders. We generally have the engineer. A great mix of turkey, mushrooms and cheese. Warm and gooey. Yumm!!
Absolutely pitiful. Submitted an online pickup order well in advance then got there at the pickup time and they hadn’t even processed the order. The young rude punks then said it would be 30 min or so before they could get it done. I asked can you expedite it please and the answer was no. I asked can i cancel? Answer was nope. Do not give your hard earned $ to business’ who do not know how to treat customers right. This is basic simple stuff people.
I get that it is hard to find quality workers, with that said, deer in the headlights, who doesn't want to work is worse! We ordered one sandwich while 4 guys standing around doing nothing, but starring at us acted like we asked for the moon. 5 or more customers came in and got their sandwiches. After 10 min of sitting there, I asked where my sandwich was...they didn't know where it was. They finally found it sitting by the register with no name. The sandwich was terrible and thrown together. Not going back!
Very busy location but staff worked well. Great food.
We ordered two giant subs, one hot/one not. They were both amazing! Full of everything we asked for and really delicious ? We were so hungry when we got them, there was no time for pictures!
Dont even try to order online, you'll get your food much faster if you wait in line. Makes no sense.

My family absolutely loves this sub shop. The associates here are the best in the biz, and really take their time to not only get to know you, but make your food delicious. They are all so friendly, patient and kind, I appreciate them greatly. And the store is always very well maintained. Kudos to this company for making food that's not only fresh but tastes amazing!
