So I go and buy the thing they call tacos there. These are not tacos. But dang it they are so good and so cheap, I mean you can put ketchup on them and it's even better. When you take a bite, you know it should not taste so good, but it does...It really does, it's a guilty pleasure. God Bless America!

Tried to do an online order through their app with their online deal, but it wouldn't go through. So I went to the store and the employees said they don't know why the online orders were down but they can't do the deal. The employees were polite but the app and store is garbage. Uninstalled the app asks plenty of other places to go eat. I think it is the owners job to make sure everything works and I'm sure he doesn't care, so I don't care to come back.
The employees picked up our order without delays, were polite and were not hurrying us to complete our order. I appreciate their patience with us customers. And it is always good to see a ? face. Thank you all employees at this particularly facility. Will be back soon.
Food was very prompt through the drive through.My tacos were good. I also ordered jalapeno poppers that were burnt/black on the outside. Customer service was very friendly.
Stopped in at 9:45 pm to get some food. Was told by the employee that they forgot to lock the door and were closed. I replied that the door says the lobby is open till 10:00. Was told that was ten minutes away and the manager wants them out by 10. The McDonald's down the street was more then happy to take our money.
Food was terrible, the only thing edible were the fries. A little bit after eating there food I got really sleepy and woke up with the room spinning. Ive never had this happen before.
Me and a friend of mine recently went to Jack in the Box and Castle Rock and the service we received was atrocious, They rushed us in ordering, 2 different people were using the headset trying to talk over each otherand they acted like they were busy as can be when nobody was in the parking lot and no one was in the restaurant. When we got to the drive-through window The person could not get the order right and also was very rude, Is the person at the drive-through gave my friend his food and my drink then proceeded to the walk away like we weren't even there, When he came back he was mad and I said just cancel my order, After I said that he just walked away like we wouldn't even there and left my friend's drink just sitting there. When I pulled out of the drive-through a gentleman came out of the restaurant mouthing obscenities at my truck and I heard everything he said. The act was very unprofessional and rude to say the least.
In the last 2 years, this location has had its highs, and lows. High Turn over, wonky hours, being out of items, but we go here, and practice kindness! Today, we used a coupon 2 for $10 Ultimate cheeseburgers with 2 small fries and 2 small drinks, our total with coupon 271, was $11.65. When I pressed our order taker, he was super professional and kind, but said "the price is the price". Actually, no its not. We can tolerate a lot, but we cannot tolerate random pricing, or not honoring coupons! We use coupons, so we can visit places we enjoy. The total should have been no more than $10.90
That was first time I tried Jack in the Box. The Chicken Fajita Pita was with undercooked chicken and very bad taste at all. Restroom was dirty and drinks was warm with no ice in the machine. I will never come back.
Super friendly people working the drive through. Appears clean. I'd share a pic of my food, but it disappeared rather quickly.
