Fairly typical IHOP. We always get the same thing. My wife had the 55+ rise and shine. I had the 55+2x2x2. All perfect. Excellent service.

I really need to take the time to explain the slack of communication between the kitchen and the server and host.Unfortunately a server was without a tip today.Not trying to be rude but $44.07 out of the pocket for a service that I didn’t received.I think the we are even.First of all seats super dirty.Second table really grease.Third the wrong order.Four The young one who was cleaning the table besides me splash a water on me and like nothing happened.Five waiting for my credit card for around 15 min.COMMON?I ask for no mushrooms and no hollandes sauce.But I guess it’s no communicationI said I was in a hurry.The host bring the food and I tell her it was wrong but I was going to eat it because I was in a HURRY.The server did 2 tables of food before she give me the credit card back.Slack of communication AGAIN.And between kitchen and server no communication AGAIN.Host don’t even check the orders????Server didn’t came back after the host serve the food only to drop the check.Honestly YOU’LL need training on CLEANING and COMMUNICATION.Mr. Manager put your squad to training.Unless that you don’t care.I’ll come back next week with better expectations!!!

They were really busy and I got my food fast. Would have given 5 stars if I had gotten the fresh fruit like I ordered instead of the hash browns like I received. I did get the fresh fruit after asking but not on first delivery.

Stopped at this location while traveling and they were cash only due to an issue with their point of sale equipment. There was an ATM nearby so that wasn’t an issue. We were seated quickly and greeted promptly by our waiter. Drinks arrived shortly thereafter but then that’s when the service delays began. Our orders were taken and eventually the food came out. I believe the cash only option caused some issues for the staff trying to cash out their customers. I say this because once the food arrived, we didn’t see our waiter Gio for quite sometime and I almost died of thirst. On a positive note, the new sandwich melts are really tasty. I tried the Cali roasted turkey with bacon, avocado and roasted tomatoes and my husband had the pepper jack melt. Both were cooked perfectly. The fries were hot and crispy. The sandwich was well put together with fresh ingredients.Eventually, I was able to motion my waiter over to our table and thank goodness I did get my OJ refill since I felt like I was on the verge of dehydration. Then…he left again without asking if we needed anything else. So…we played hide and seek again only he always got to hide and I always had to seek. I was going to ask another server to assist and then he popped back up so I was able to request a box and the check.

Good breakfast. Waitress wasnt into more coffee or letting you take your time. She wanted quick meal and sip or 2 on coffee and was waiting a foot away to swoop in to clear table and give out ticket! Jeez...what else she got to do that I was stopping her doing?

Cash only? Employees said that card machines had been down four days and they were forced to transact all business on a cash basis. Our group had just enough cash to cover modest lunches and tip. No beverages. The service was splendid, as was the food. I feel for the employees. C'mon, IHOP Corporate. Fix your damn card machines!

Ordered online at 10 am for a 10:40 am pick up. Let them know 15 minutes ahead when leaving the house and at 11:30 am there is still no food! No explanation, no apology, no remorse. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and they simply didn’t give a darn to check on the order number or find out why it was delayed. After multiple times questioning it, it turns out it was sitting in the bags in the back getting cold because they checked first name only and not order number or last name, just assuming the order wasn’t ready. It was a horrible experience for a first time customer.

5 people and only 30 dollars minimum. Food was great and delicious. Thanks for a good breakfast

All the Staff At the time we visited were very harsh and rude. Although the only guest they had it was the feeling of hurry up and get out. Female waitress was very rude about a To-go container and when she brought it out she was holding it with her hands inside it where my food was to go. I then still said thank you and when tried to have her hand it to me she wouldn't give it to me acted harsh about it then finally gave it to another person at the table and the huffed and walked off. After poor service, being rude and rushing us oh and not refilling drinks expected a big tip. I'm ok with tipping a wait Staff for good service and making my visit feel good but when your rude , don't do your job and not sounding bad but don't care for speaking English and making more than most people in the workforce and the treat you bad and expect a large tip. WOW. I will not visit this location again or our group also will now think twice about any other locations. It's next to a couple of hotels so hopefully they read this and go a different direction for a meal so there visit to our State isn't tainted. More than welcome to hear back from management or company representative to try and address this. I will repost either way to let people know.
