Lots of food choices. Everything we ordered was fantastic and the portions were huge! The ultimate margarita was perfect. Not too sweet and very refreshing after a long day of travel.
I had the Chicken Mole and it was very very good! Hard to find good Mole.The service was also very friendly and quick.Parking: Large parking, enough for a truck and trailer.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right in front.
Typical suburban Mexican restaurant with an authentic feel. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are on the generous side of average. I can't speak to the in-house dining experience, but ordering out is exceptionally fast and painless.
This is our go to location in Castle Rock for decent to great Mexican food. The portion sizes have remained huge during the pandemic. The overall feeling is the food quality is slipping a bit. It seems like less "love" is going in the food.
Outstanding Mexican food!! Try the molcajete but bring your appetite - it’s a large bowl of marinated and grilled chicken, beef, and pork over an amazing green sauce and pico de galló, topped with Monterey Jack cheese. It also includes your choice of warm corn or flour tortillas and another full plate of rice, beans, lettuce, pico de galló, guacamole and sour cream!!! incredible!!!The staff are also amazing. My wife accidentally ordered the wrong numbered combo plate for my son (a fairly picky eater) and they quickly and very graciously replaced the dish at no extra charge.This will be one of our regular favorites!!! I planned to take pictures but I couldn’t wait to dig in. ?
Ordered the large combination deluxe burrito , small combination enchiladas suiza, flan, and fried ice cream. The manager was amazing! 5 ? out of 5
Service is great, food not so much. Our last several visits have not been good. Tonight I ordered a combination dinner of a cheese and onion enchilada and an avocado tostada. The enchilada had a TON of huge chunks of onion and way too much cheese and I usually love them both. The tostada was sitting in a pile of sauce, covered with a terrible ground beef mixture, beans, lettuce and a few slivers of avocado. Couldn't pick it up, an absolute mess. Left most of my dinner untouched. With the rising prices of dining out, will not go back.
Tried this place out tonight. Food was great, portions were super large, service from bussers and servers was great. They were super busy and we didn't wait long for food at all! We will be back!
Really enjoyed some authentic Mexican food at Guadalajara! Massive portions, good chips and fresh salsa and food came out piping hot unlike in other restaurants! I will definitely be back!!
Went here on a Saturday to grab a late lunch around 2pm after checking out the Edge Zipline tours. The food definitely hit the spot! I had the chipotle enchiladas. Service was great. Low-key mexican spot that's wasn't too crowded. Plenty of seating when we went. I've read reviews on the mixed drinks but didn't grab any this time around. I'll definitely be back for the food again and hopefully some drinks as well. I'd recommend. I also thought the prices were pretty reasonable, too.
