Love this place! Usually we go weekly on Fridays but do to how busy it was downtown on Friday we decided to go on Sunday. We have had the same waiter a few times, phenomenal and the friendliest service even though he was super busy! The pizza is always amazing along with the wings! Keep it up!

Been going here for over 20 years. ordered takeout tonight and was the worst service I have ever experienced. When I got there the lady running the front was on the phone for 10 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Then they could not figure out my ticket and she got the manager and he came out and said I was screaming at her. Obviously, completely untrue and then he told me I was not welcome back to Granelli‘s ever again. I’m a sales guy and I have not screamed at anyone in my tire life in the service industry. I will never go back! The so-called manager should be fired

Hidden gem in Castle Rock! Our server was friendly and helped us decide what to order. Everything arrived quickly and was hot/fresh. Crust was a good thickness. Would probably not get dessert next time we go as it was average.

Yum. Omg, SO YUM. The pesto, the white, the veggie.... you can't go wrong here. Even if you aren't a big pizza person, you will love Granelli's pizza. I promise. And on top of making the best pizza west of Brooklyn, their customer service is divine as well.

First time here today, and won’t be coming back. My husband ordered a pizza w anchovies and a few of them were so rancid that he spit out and ran to their bathroom and threw up. We complained to the 14yo waitress who couldn’t care less and she just dropped the check off. She came by again and we told her that she should let the owner know or the person who cooked the pizza and she saw how sick he looked. She told the owner and their solution was they took 50% off the pizza! What a joke!! Obviously the owner couldn’t care less either! And also I ordered their Italian sub, and it was the smallest sub sandwich I have ever seen in my life, it literally looked like a kids meal not what you would think a submarine sandwich would look like-total rip off At $13. There are way better pizza choices in Castle Rock that actually appreciate your business and care about their customers!

Blah taste on my take out combo pizza at $30. How can they charge these prices with sub par food? It’s on Wilcox, a Main Street in Castle Rock and as many times that I’ve driven by the parking lot is empty. I should’ve have known better.

My family loves this place. We've unofficially made it our Friday pizza night place. Great, delicious food. Super friendly servers. We love the pickle fries and the taco pizza! Definitely recommend

First time eating here and unfortunately took an hour before getting our food. Other people came in after and ate and still no food. Waiter was awesome handling others also waiting. He was the reason for us not complaining like others. Something happened out of his control but food was good and will be back. Maybe next time order ahead for dine in.

On their official website the price of my pizza was advertised as $16.59 but when I pick up the pizza they charged me $22.00. I showed them their website and they explained that the website pricing was not updated. A reputable restaurant would have honored their advertised price. I won't be back. Please consider Mod Pizza instead. They have very good pizza and honor their advertised prices. There is one over by the outlets mall.

The wait was crazy long (close to an hour) and didn’t get checked in on. Lots of pickup customers were waiting for a long time too. I was fully ready to say I’m never going back, until the pizza arrived. Hot dang, that was some of the best pizza I’ve had in recent memory. Loads of cheese, generous with the toppings, crust was perfect. I’ve been thinking about it for the last week. I’m hooked.
